The worst costumer service EVER
I returned ONE item that they received on 9 13 I called on 9 27 because I still have not received my refund I mean I think two weeks is plenty of time to issue a refund Was told I would receive it the following week so waited and still nothing I called back and spoke with a supervisor Quinn who told me it was sent to the wrong warehouse and they need to figure that out first Excuse me I m sorry everybody is acknowledging the fact that the item was received proper costumer service would issue out the refund and figure out the behind the scenes problem later So here we are another call on 10 4 another supervisor Sarah another bogus story and no refund Do not order from this company not only is their system terrible but their customer service is even worse

Terrible customer service
I ordered something from this company The website indicated in stock shipped in 2-3 business days After I placed my order I only received 1 confirmation email from them for my order then nothing else after to inform that they are on back order A couple of weeks later I contacted someone through chat and found out the item was on back order The rep disconnected my chat after I asked why they d charge me if they were on back order No follow up emails about the order nothing at all Terrible Never do business with them

Terrible customer Service for school planners
I am a principal and ordered 1000 planners for my school They were supposed to arrive last week The company has no tracking info or any info about if or when they shipped We have been on the phone daily for a week and a half with no resolution I asked to speak to management and was given the run around School starts in a week and we may not have planners for the students We will never use them again as this is enormously inconvenient and unprofessional

This company is FRAUD STAY AWAY I tried to purchase something for 50 and my bank blocked the transaction and locked my card for fraudulent activity Here I was thinking it was a glitch in the system so Silly me tried purchasing over the phone since it was an option and they said I had to create an act over the phone first in order to buy but that nobody was available to create an act for me The girl said that the website act is different from one over the phone to be ableTo purchase something What a joke

Gift certificate hell
My daughter received a 50 gift certificate from SchoolSpecialty as a prize in a county school art competition We used it to order some colored pencils supplies There is no way to complete the purchase on their website I then had to speak with a customer service rep to finish the sale providing the certificate number as well as my credit card For over 3 months in a row I have been getting a past due invoice I have spoken on the phone 3 times now to fix this error I am told that it s a different department every time that handles this issue I finally got them to annotate in their audit trail that 1 the certificate was used via the telephone rep and 2 that my credit card had already been billed for the difference Even with that I am still getting the invoice due letters Unbelievable I will never make another purchase with them

A bad company to work for and even worse company to deal with
Generally speaking this is possibly the worst company to work for in Wisconsin They lie and fraud consumers I sure hope people are taking advise from these postings I hope Schools will get away from this company and order from less shady companies

I worked at the Greenville
I worked at the Greenville WI location The management sucks They only care about your numbers They will write you up for not making them being sick or having a death in your family The pay is bad but the benefits are great The management is bad and get attitudes when you ask a question or you don t do what they think you should be because you weren t trained to do it The training personal are rushed to train so no one really does the job right The fulltime employees have attitudes and refuse to help seasonal employees Dont work here because there is no room for advancement

This company is the WORST company our
This company is the WORST company our school has ever dealt with The sales representatives lie and so do the customer care representatives Our school is waiting for 950 student planners to begin our school year Due to company error our planners were shipped incorrectly I the vice principal have been exhausting myself for three weeks trying to get a shipping date or ANY INFORMATION Instead I have had 5 representatives lie to me One ghosted me To make matter worse we now have to begin the year without our student planners WE WILL NEVER ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN In fact we are discussing a law suit against them for a full refund

Unreliable Cancels Orders Without Notification
This company is not reliable SchoolSpecialty com takes your money holds onto it for over a week and then cancels the order without so much as an email to inform you that they canceled your order This would be a horrible way for a business-to-consumer company to operate but it s even worse considering they are a business-to-business based company
