Erlofe does not do returns unless you pay shipping to Dubai They offered 11 return on 54 order Very disappointing
I ordered my dress in and it was not very well made It was also too large I contacted the company for a return code per their website but never received one Instead of a code they offered to return 6 of my 54 order and I could keep the dress I said I would prefer to return it They said returns have to go to Dubai and I would have to pay for shipping They then offered me 11 I said keep the money and I would write reviews I would advise purchasing elsewhere

Don t waste your time and money - terrible
Shipping took a month and when I finally received it the one sweater that looked beautiful on line was a piece of junk and also sent in an XL which I have never worn in my life Second sweater was the wrong color at least it fits though Never again will I trust these sites this is the second time I have fallen for this junk No way to contact anyone to exchange or return

Very Poor size chart
I purchased a vest and a maxi dress on June 29 2024 But before purchasing I checked the size chart so I would know what size to order based on my measurements The size chart confirmed I should order a Large However when my items finally arrived they were too small I could barely get them on When I requested a refund authorization form I was told I would get a refund totaling only 26 instead of my entire 113 00 purchase When I insisted on receiving a total refund I was told the most I could receive would be 30 00 or I could return the items to their Dubai return office and I would have to eat the shipping cost which would be very expensive So now I m stuck with items I cannot wear and a refund deficit of 83 00 I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from Erlofe It is waste of time and definitely a waste of money

Very Poor Quality Never again will I order from this company after reviewing experiences of others who have placed and received orders I will not return because the dress cost me 50 something dollars There was not a return receipt in the package I should have investigated reviews prior to ordering A waste of time and money

Parcel ordered and after 4 weeks still not delivered Evri stated that they had delivered it but they had not I notified Erlofe who were not interested They repeated stated that they had sent the parcel and that if it had not arrived I should ask neighbours look in my garden or contact the post office Their customer care was one of complete disinterest Remains unresolved
