I had a simple claim with TAP but TAP refused to pay TAP had very poor communications and after many months offered a voucher towards a new flight in the next 12 months I said no as I wanted the payment as I am entitled under ec261 I hope I do not need to fly TAP in the next year As I made no progress with TAP I tried a flight claim company from Denmark with low fees They took 2-3 weeks on average to answer emails and got nowhere with TAP I asked for a release after 4-5 months and was able to file a claim with Ersatz-Pilot Ersatz-Pilot took my claim and I received payment in about 3 days Ersatz-Pilot responded to every email within 12 hours There is a reason they are the best rated They earned 25 fee for this service I will use them again for sure
