I am your customer for a good while Good prices good quality well packed Very important and helpfull is that you can double check parts er exactly for specific model type etc This time I am a bit disapointed because someone had mixed up parts in my order and was gonna send some parts which I never ordered Well I cancelled whole order after and had order only oil and filters Last thing is delivery time which was totally to long Of course I know virus situation doesn t help with delivery but in this branch everybody expect that their cars be fixed quick This time that was impossible because had no parts from Eurodel Hope next time be better experience

Service could be better

On 24th June I ordered an exhaust section for my Fiat that was showing in stock on the website On 2nd July I was informed it was not available and I would get a refund The refund arrived as promised but I now have a problem as I have no exhaust When I check again at the beginning of August it is in stock After confirmation from eurodel that it is actually in stock I order it and wow it arrives in a few days As a customer I would have liked it if you had checked and advised me when the part would be in stock and given me the option to wait or have a refund Good service but could be better

When I begin with that company everything goes good after few months or half year they do not give the top ten Not so much pictures with parts pictures not the best quality and not rich info about parts slow work with send parts It would be good to see 3 D pictures of the parts

Hi - a little slow on delivery It would have been good to be informed that the discs DO NOT come with a new nut Should be an option Mainly delivery time - I did talk to customer service who said it was naked priority - still took 8 days - that s a bit slow for me and I would evaluate to use another supplier with a better lead time Customer service was very good snd well informed - that was appreciated
