I order a spare part sunday with mention that piece is in stock but they delivered to Posten wednesday I really don t understand why take that much time to send to Posten not to me in 3 days when you say you have it in stock Usually people don t order parts in advance they order when they need that s means it is kind of emergency Besides that all good

Eurodel supposedly offered free postage but failed

Eurodel offered free postage however there was no clarity if the part would fit my car The chat did ot work and it took then 3 days to answer my message even though I contacted within work hours so lost out of free postage I clicked on the item they said was correct and then at point of sale questioned me again if I was buying the right item i could have asked again but that would have meant a very slow purchase it took another 2 days to dispatch In all it took 11 days to get my item Not the best customer service

Delivery Mistake but finally I got the right part

When I ordered the estimated time that the package will be sent from Oslo was 13 04 but the package was sent on the 20th The parts I initially chose were estimating to be sent on 14 04 so I chose different parts with faster shipping date Little did I know Everything else was great

Hello I ordered my car part and I got the wrong one at the first delivery for a mistake I reported this and then company sent me the right part without sending back the first part back In this case I got two parts in one priceFina y I am happy I recommend Eurodel Best Regards

Pros cons Huge inventory Premium brands and cheap lesser known but still good and comparable parts Can order original parts Sometimes parts on sale Easy to use site -Packages often leaves the warehouse 3-6 working days after what they state Sometimes a real headache Removes a star -Occasionaly some obvious parts to have in the store are not available at all
