Really bad

It didn t meet my expectation at all The bouquet was really beatiful in the pictures but when I got it it was a disappointment I could understand if it s just a little difference but it was not what I expected at all The Winter dream bouquet was mediocre it didn t have the kottar and much much less flowers than the in the picture Soo disappointed Will never order again from Euroflorist

Bad flowers quality

Hello I have already sent you one email but did not get a response My order was delivered later than requested which is ok since there were public holidays in Stockholm and I did not know about that But I have ordered the biggest option but the actual bouquet was much smaller 10 vs 7 peones But the worst thing is that the flowers never even opened up although they were treated properly So it was just a waste of time and money

Did not get what I had expected from the website pictures

The flowers arrived on the right day to the correct address - no issues with that I was however very disappointed to see the picture of the flowers the recipient sent to me The bouquet looked a lot smaller than on the image on the website and the flowers themselves looked like they had already been in full bloom for a while and would not have a lot of life left in them I will not be using this company again

I m disappointed

Long processing time and no information about the shipping after several attempts my order was delivered two days later and after that came an hour laterthe flowers were a gift and they wrote the price on the slip of paperthe flowers were a gift and they wrote the price on the slip of paper

Bouquet way too small

The ordering process went well and easy Flowers and message were delivered to the right person and well on time So far so good But unfortunately the bouquet contained much less flowers than the picture suggested I am aware that the actual flowers may vary from the ones in the photos but I do expect the bouquet to be the same size This was not the case I ordered a medium sized bouquet but the one arrived barley matched the size of the small bouquet sold on euroflorist se

The flowers received were not what was showed in the web site picture I can share with you what we received and It is too different you sent 2 bears because of the lack of flowers thta does not make sense sorry but this was not what i was expecting

It would be good to receive a notification when the delivery was done Some other delivery services sends me a text and a picture when the delivery was done This is much appreciated as you receive a confirmation when and what was delivered I still do not know if the delivery was done or not so cant leave a review

I had ordered it at 9am cet for my husband s new job on his first day it was delivered to him at 7pm cet when they assured it would be delivered atleast by 2pm cet I was sad that his first day at his new job was over before my rose reached him im in another country and wanted him to have this rose beside him earlier

I ordered flowers from Sweden to be delivered to England on the 3d of June Today on the first I recieve an email my flowers could not be delivered on the date and that they want to deliver as soon as possible and that I should contact them But my delivery date hasnt even been yet I replied the email but got no response
