Do not use Euroflorist

Do not use Euroflorist Their service is a complete nightmare The flowers were of poor quality and their customer service was useless They even provided me with the wrong email address causing unnecessary delays I followed their instructions and complained within five days but still received no proper response Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

Flowers were not delivered

I had already paid 517 kr for a bouquet delivery to Stockholm but the flowers did not arrive and there was no reimbursement or anything of sorts Not even an e-mail notifying me that the flowers hadn t been delivered I called two days later during the opening hours and the staff said the flowers were already disposed of and they were very unhelpful The money is lost I would never order from this website again and cannot recommend it

To lazy to use a phones

It appears the delivery is failing due to No answer on the intercom or phone This is strictly untrue as I have called and used the phone number provided without any issues As an expat Swede who just wanted to send my mum some birthday flowers my advice is simply use another company as this is a scam

Terrible experience

Terrible experience The flowers never came to the address as showed on the webpage They wrote a messenge that they leave the bouquet of flowers out side mail box and never happenend They didn t called it I been have hope that they will delivered a couple of days efter but not

Failed delivery

Euroflorist failed to deliver a simple bouquet of flowers and chocolate to my father for his birthday Claiming they called but did not receive an answer which is a lie as neither my father or mother whose number I provided separately got any calls or could see any missed calls 700 - later no bouquet delivered and euroflorist just took my money Shame on you

Substandard

Had an excellent experience the first time I ordered flowers in August but the second tme around the flowers sent to the recepient was quite disappointing I understand that the pictures are only samples of what one can expect but it s disappointing to see one or two stems of flowers in a field of weeds

Euroflorist review English

The florist assigned by Euroflorist did not deliver on the correct day Neither did they send me a email or contact the person that was gonna get the package Well the next day they did deliver after i emailed them a few times Paying near 400 crowns for an item that just cost 150 crowns by itself to have it sent the same day should be sent that day no matter what That is what you pay for nothing more nothing less Too bad this service did not work as expected

Grumpy customer

Well you sent this review request before the flowers were supposed to be delivered and then when they were due to be delivered they did not arrive so I am not at all happy I will be speaking with your customer service team as soon as I can tomorrow so that you can fix this My immediate response is if you can t deliver on a Sunday don t offer the service

Did not deliver the flower

Did not deliver the flower as promised we were home and they just clicked failed to deliver even though they did not even attempt to deliver the flowers I want my money back

Very disappointed

The tracking email status did not work and show a delivery I chatted with Euroflorist and filled out a customer service form Got an auto-response they were on a lunch break Never heard back Recipient found a box by the entrance of her building When she sent a photo of the bouquet it was scanty about half the size of what a luxury lyx bouquet should look like according to the photo of what I ordered Extremely disappointed
