Good flowers but the order form is not useful correct

According to reviews the bouquets are good and do not fade for a long time But I have a complaint about the order form If I am not from Sweden I cannot enter my phone number with the international code for example 371 and accordingly I do not receive delivery messages This is the main disadvantage

THEE best International floral shop delivery

While I sit in the USA and order flowers to Sweden - Euroflorist is thee BEST company to order with Unfortunately it became a minor error in my last order so that is why I only give 4 5 Flowers were amazing but the writing on my card got messed up a bit

Your website was quite easy to navigate The flowers arrived on the correct date but I did order candy hearts and was not given the option to decide if that was not available would a substitute be acceptable You just went ahead and sent chocolates instead this I did not appreciate All in all I would use your services again if needed

I really liked the quality of the

I really liked the quality of the products and the assistance provided by the online sales representatives However I was disappointed that I had to pay for two separate shipping fees when purchasing both products from the same store It didn t make sense to me Additionally I noticed that some items didn t have the option to select two of the same product I had to purchase the same product twice and pay for separate shipping for each order

Missing the option to select delivery time while booking

It would be great if we get options to select time of delivery while booking If it s not possible to add the exact time then morning afternoon or evening will also works well Great customer service Beautiful flowers Thank you for delivering on time

Tasteful Bouquet

The bouquet was pretty and tastefully done Close to the photo of what I ordered with some alternative flowers I imagined the size would have been a bit bigger since I bought the largest size bouquet but it was still quite lovely They called before delivery like I requested

I like how they responded my email and the delivery as well is excellent It was only affected by the snow while trying to delivered the flower However I just noticed that there is a bit changes with the flower combination which is different from the picture I just assumed maybe because I purchase a standard one This is why I put 4 star
