No communication appalling service
Don t buy from this company I placed an order on Saturday and 1 hr 15mins later I sent a request to cancel it I then followed this up with 3 more messages confirming my request to cancel and today Tuesday at 11 50am I get an email saying it is dispatched There is no way to contact them except by sending a message and they are based in Cyprus Surely when a company starts a working week on a Monday morning they check their messages and if they did they would have found 2 from me requesting cancellation I have no intention of keeping this product if it gets delivered if the company operates in such an appalling manner then their products must reflect this and I will fight to get every penny they have taken returned to me

Evapolar sent my item to another continent then stopped replying to my emails
I have been in touch with Evapolar support for well over two months for a warranty claim They admitted within a couple of days that I was eligible for a replacement then took over a month to ship it to the wrong country they shipped it to Chile and I live in Portugal That was a month ago and they simply never replied to my emails again even though I warned them immediately that the tracking number indicated it was posted to the wrong country

Product stopped working after 3 weeks Their customer service I d appalling I was sending emails every couple days for an entire month with no response Not a single phone number u can ring on the website Ended up having to dispute it with my bank to get my money back Do not buy from here

Zero Support and Fast Product Failure
Product malfunctioned after only a couple months of use purchased 4 30 2024 and put into service for about two months On 8 15 2024 I contacted their customer service for a warranty replacement warranty is supposed to be 1 year standard and up to 2 years when registered via email chat and online submission 71514 71580 71611 via their website To date I have had zero response from Evapolar Based on the product failing and total lack of support follow-up from Evapolar I would highly suggest avoiding making any purchases from this company

Scam alert
I purchased an evapolar and as normal took a screenshot of my customer order good thing as no invoice sent I contacted them via contact page and email requesting invoice no response Product arrived and worked for 6 minutes then failed engine just stopped Contacted them again 4 times regarding refund via website contact page to eventually receive a response they needed my order number to proceed if I hadn t taken screenshot I wouldn t have the order number Was given address to return item as it was close to my work I decided to deliver myself they gave me an incorrect address for the courier partner that hadn t been in use for nearly 12 months Managed to find the correct address myself notified evapolar now waiting waiting waiting without Hope mind you for a refund I don t expect to arrive This company should not be in business and I recommend you do not purchase their products Scam alert Update after notifying evapolar that I had returned the product only then did they inform me that there was no record of my customer order number keep in mind that it was a screen shot not written down zero room for error I know I will never receive a refund This Russian based company thrives on running people around in circles until they lose steam and give up trying to receive what they rightfully should I m glad I only purchased 1 and was not scammed any further than that

Zero customer service
Bought the EvaSmart couldn t get it to connect to the app Emailed customer service one day after it arrived asking for a refund as I only wanted the smart cooler so I could use it with the app They emailed me back 13 days after I contacted them purposely dragging out the 14 day return window They did say I could return it passed the 14 day window but haven t confirmed if they ll refund me passed that date I also haven t received a response since it s been 19 days since they replied and they still haven t given me a return address

I approached the customer service team via email when I had an issue with my new evaChill unit They responded within a or two and were extremely helpful and worked to resolve my issue very quickly Once the solution was decided it was a matter of days before it was actioned Very happy with the over all response and timeliness

Great product customer service team
I ordered a cooler and was genuinely surprised at how well it works In this Australian heat it s exactly what I needed I ran into an issue where I was sent the wrong cartridge and the customer service team particularly Anthony was so incredibly nice and helpful It was fixed and a replacement was sent quickly Thanks so much I genuinely do recommend if your thinking about checking it out
