i order this is a year ago and they answer me when i tell them it never arrive even 2 month they say they send again but nothing arrive if go back in years i always get my sendings but now they stop be trustful Dont order there -

Used to be great

Used to be great even if it could take a while to get delivery Were easily the cheapest and you could speak to them All changed now Not accepting cards not even my master card and customer services is non existent No way of properly contacting them Guess it all must have changed hands and just kept the name Shame

Avoid

Useless been try to order off them since September 2019 Card payments do not go through and you get a stupid email back saying we are getting a new purchase system in next few weeks That was months ago Complete waste of time

NEVER use this company

1st order didn t arrive I called and they said on this occasion I ll send another that didn t arrive As per their recommendations I contacted them again and was accused of trying it on below John s reply Hi PhilipLets get this straightThe goods were sent you claim they have not been delivered and now you want what more goods a refund You are not the first person who has tried this nonsense with us and I doubt you will be the lastWe will refund the money for the so called missing order and close your accountThanksJohnI had to threaten legal action and eventually after many emails he refunded NEVER use this company

Same here Been a customer for many years Now am unable to place an order Tried various cards all to no avail Have contacted company by-email 3times to be told each time that they were working on the problem That was in September Still no response What a joke They have no business keeping a website open under false pretences it should be taken down

Fail to deliver what You order

I placed an order 1123705 on the 19 1 18 for 40 tablets that on their website said was IN STOCK it still says the same I received an order of totally different tablets ones I ve tried before and found to be totally ineffective I ve tried to e-mail this company but it doesn t work I ve used this company a number of times but it now appears they are just happy to take Your money and send You anything One VERY dissatisfied customer

Attempted card fraud

Although my order was delivered my debit card was used to try and buy big priced items from hp com luckily my bank stopped these fraudulent transactionsDont trust this company with your card details

CONS John takes money but doesn t send items NO NO TRUST

John the guy who used to email back when payments wasn t going through online was great taking my money but once he got my money he didn t respond to my emails asking if my orders was delivered Never got my purchases CONS
