They lost my package by the carrier didn t provide me any tracking number and I didn t get a refund I already talk with them several times all they say is ask to the carrier and the neighbors your package has been dispatched when I ask to the carrier it says it has indeed been dispatched but no track of it

1 week late but no problems here
Tablets arrived a week late but I suspect this was due to covid 19 helpline was very helpful and despite saying I don t get a tracking number for international deliveries when the parcel arrived in Germany destination England I was given a tracking number No problems here
