"It works I passed It s annoying to use "

I used ExamFX to study for the Series 65 and I passed on the first try So it works but the interface is tired and annoying I think they are trying to prevent you from stealing the material but the result is that you have to login repeatedly over the course of a day of studying and you can t cut and paste any of the study material to make a set of notes for yourself

"At times I thought it was complicated "

At times I thought it was complicated and difficult but through doing many many practice test I was able to pick up the info and pass on my first attempt Would ve liked more variety in questions began to remember answers but it still worked out Only negative is when they sent the study guide and tip sheet it wasn t covered to protect from rain and got poured on was able to save it enough to use but still was very infuriating for the price

"The course was fine but "

The course was fine but I took the Michigan Property Casualty test for the state One test However it was TWO courses in Exam xf and I did not find it out until AFTER passing my state test and being told the results were INVALID because I didn t finish BOTH courses in Exam xf why would it not be one course

"Good for learning but needs additional features "

Good for learning I just wish the program had some more features like being able to review both wrong AND right answers from practice tests The program that shuffles the questions around for all the quizzes and practice exams needs to be updated as oftentimes I would get the same question multiple times and other questions I would never be asked until the day before my exams I also wish the program either let you print out material or offered printed material for sale

"Good for SIE not good for the Series 7"

For the SIE I think ExamFX is fine but for the Series 7 I feel as if they have dropped the ball There was a lot of missing material from what was actually on the Series 7 Exam and my SIE key facts packet was around 35 pages while my 7 key facts packet was only about 18 pages I looked STC study material after failing my first Series 7 exam and it was much more in depth and covered everything on the exam that was needed I like ExamFX s format but there is definitely some missing information on it Would not recommend for the 7 Can t speak for any other licensing material they provide

"practice exams were not reflective of "

practice exams were not reflective of the questions asked on the actual test I don t know what happened to my profile but I almost had to postpone the exam because I was unable to print a ticket I kept getting an error message stating that i hadn t completed the course After three very long waits on the phone the agent finally emailed me the correct admission form It was very frustrating

"Good but not great"

The materials for the general portion of the exam did a great job preparing me for the exam The state specific information was not as on point and there were a few terms on the exam that I did not encounter during the course Also the highlighter tool was nice but it broke the video links Then highlighter was removed which means I lost the highlights I had made over the past few days

Content was okay but not always clearly worded What I found most helpful was going to another book I had where there was a definition page for terms and products to clearly define what they were It would be helpful for ExamFX to add some sort of list of definitions as a reference within the course That was what helped me prepare for the test best and pass on the first attempt

"Over all this is a good course with "

Over all this is a good course with some great features to help u learn however the simulated exams are not representative of actual Exam When I started my real exam I felt like I was playing computer chess with the computer set on advanced expert level So just because your simulated scores are high don t expect that to translate to real exam good luck

"I took the 2-15 Insurance course"

I took the 2-15 Insurance course The course material was good but 2 things were extremely annoying The first was the button asking if I wanted help It was constantly in the way and there was no way to get rid of it I found it distracting at best The other thing that could be improved was the visual Presenter in the online visual presentation section She was terrible Again the information was good but she presented horribly
