"False "

93 percent pass rate NO WAY Took the exam 3x failed 2x on property 56 60 casualty 68 Studied weeks and knew all my practice quiz and practice exams still didn t pass Took notes and over 50 hours of study I ve never failed an exam in my life 6 years of college

I would have given this review two stars but it bothers me that it s somehow averaged at 4 5 stars overall I just have to say that I m shocked that I passed my property and casualty exams on the first try because the stuff I spent two straight weeks diligently studying seemed to be pretty useless for the property exam I ll admit it was more useful for casualty but I really thought I bombed the property exam As others stated the guaranty exam really is a waste of time because the questions on it are filled with double negatives and confusing language There are also quite a few typos in the materials - tests material videos everything Yes I passed both tests on my first try No I don t know how I purchased the video tutorials on top of the standard package as I m a visual learner but going through the video courses didn t give me any progress credit by the chapter nor were they sufficient I do not recommend this program and will be searching elsewhere to take my Life and Health insurance courses

"Exam FX does not work for Life "

Exam FX does not work for Life insurance I failed my test when I knew the fx material the questions I saw on the test were never brought up in FX never seen or knew what some of information asked even was WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

"Really unhappy with examfx"

Really unhappy with examfx The layout is confusing the videos don t cover everything that s written in the study by topic section The content in the study by topic section is so long and overwhelming the quizzes don t align with the videos the questions on the quizzes cover topics that aren t discussed on the videos The whole thing is unorganized I truly wish that they provided me with a printed book of info so that I could follow along Instead of the study by topic section an actual book I could highlight and refer back to You have two months to study and I have had to extend it once already I passed the simulated exam with a 73 but didn t achieve a passing average in all 3 sections Now I have to extend it again and spend more money Not a happy customer I have rescheduled my exam 4 times already because I am not ready Very disappointed that I went with this company

"ExamFX screwed me over "

This is the worst exam company of all Please learn from my experience This business earns a 0 5 in terms of their communication skills ExamFX does a horrible job of telling you about documents they need from you in order to issue a prelicensing certificate After I submitted another attestation form the first one apparently failed to process they took over 3 days to tell me I needed to submit more documents via email Actually I didn t even know they needed further documentation until I called their customer support line They never sent me any emails or reached out by phone I was completely in the dark until I reached out to them to figure out what was taking so long They told me it takes them 2-3 business days to process a certificate but they ll do it within 30 minutes for a 100 fee This is totally unnecessary and an obvious cash grab ExamFX has delayed the release of my certificate unnecessarily and other reviews point this out as well They have caused such a big inconvenience for me PLEASE avoid this company if you can

"I am very disappointed in the length of "

I am very disappointed in the length of time the course I bought was made available to me And I can t for the life of me find anything about an expiration date of the course They only gave me 3 months to complete the course When I went back to login it said I had to pay again because my time had expired I was like what the Will never use them again and would not recommend to anyone Added after receiving response I ve used another company and I think it s crazy to charge for a 60 day period All others give at least 1 year for the same price I stand by my review thank you for clarifying that I missed the fine print and that was my fault I still don t think it is good business practice to only give 60 days

"Absolute trash"

Absolute trash How does this actually have 5 stars The entire website looks and feels 20 years old Everything is quite buggy and like many people say the exam questions are often 100 not what the study material demonstrates However none of this pissed me off the most What pissed me off the most was the lack of ability to get to the exam because of the identity verification system You see when attempting to move onto the exam it requires me to input my password again No big deal - except every time I input my password it tells me it is wrong I was pressed for time since this exam was due for a specific date by the company I work for After a long headache and resetting my password many times I realized one major flaw The field where I input my password happened to cut off one character short So if the password I log in with is 21 characters for example the field I input my password in to actually get to the exam only allowed 20 Meaning I could never get to the exam without changing my password to a count below the arbitrary limit I discovered on my own- simply by counting how many the field allowed - only then realizing my password was 1 short What a waste of time Come on guys this is simple QA Get it together

This is the worst company to do CE They didn t send the email after finishing the courses and worse still they didn t notify me that I was repeating a course which is part of their functions I want my money back

"WORST TESTING MATERIAL I HAVE USED EVER "

I am doubtful whoever designed this program has never taken the real exam or knows how to build a program There is numerous errors and problems with Examfx I recommend PassPerfect and Kaplan over this headache of a program The questions that have multiple answers I II II IV are 100 listed in bullet point format on the actual exam ExamFX are listed as paragraph making it frustrating and time consuming to read Its terrible The program doesn t even have a built in calculator like the actual exam The simulate your exam layout is terrible I m also frustrated with the screen timeout If I could step away from taking a test for 5 min to take a break without it kicking me out that would be fantastic I ve had multiple tests now where I take a break halfway through to be canceled and no score at all to see Using the focused review you cant even go back without having to go back to the main menu and clicking through multiple screens to get back to the review Whoever thought it would be a great idea for you to not be able to see your wrong test answers after an exam should be fired You are telling me after a 3hour test you want me to sit there for more extended time to review my wrong answers No one has 5 hours to study and do exams in a sitting It would be so great if I could come back later that day to review wrong answers This is really the worst testing services I have used to this day
