"Customer care was not very helpful"

Customer care was not very helpful When I called in explaining that I had issues staying logged in and the site not opening properly They blamed my computer as being the problem after I informed them that I was having the same issue on home and work computer Also some of the information seems contradictive Some sentences are missing words when reading over the chapters I have not taken my test yet so I will see if this site truly prepares you for the exam

"Disproportionate Feedback"

This would be great except that after the test I got no clear feedback on what I need to study more after I failed the exam I only received a score and not a paper showing me what I got wrong so I can study them and if ExamFX could ve done something like that that would ve been great

"convoluted drawn out unclear "

They have such convoluted and un-clear ways to define things For example Structures rented or or held for rental to anyone other then a tenant of the dwelling when not used as a private garage Like what Almost every single term this course defines there is a much clearer more concise definition elsewhere on the internet that isn t full of headache inducing phrasing and run-on sentences I feel like I m paying for a big glossary but I have to look up all the terms listed within because this course is so bad at giving a concise and clear definition

I used examfx back in 2019 to get licensed in Virginia for life and health and passed I used it this year 2021 to take the life and health in SC and failed Same course for both states but so many questions on the SC exam that was not covered in the course

Fully 30-40 of the material on the Series 63 exam was not covered on ExamFX Another concern A number of the practice questions on both Series 6 and 63 were mis-keyed I contacted Customer Service with the specific item and error and was told that I was correct However the incorrect item was not corrected

"Series 6 Exam -No response from instructors for help "

I thought the instructor for the live online class was very useful but after this class was over had no way of contacting anyone This company is very poor at contacting students It was very frustrating to get an email response to say we will get back to you in 48Hrs and never get a response after that I ve had yet to receive a response from an instructor through email I m very disappointed that I could not get clarification on confusing concepts before my exam was scheduled I did not pass my Series 6 exam by the way

"The constant rewording of the same "

The constant rewording of the same questions over and over on every single test doesn t truly allow for me to retain anything It doesn t work with my learning style whatsoever I wish users could change the format in which the exam wording doesn t change every single time

This is the 2nd time that I had trouble checking in for my exam I had to reschedule twice because of this It is very frustrating when you prepare for an exam then have issues

We got what we paid for Studied diligently passed sample exams but got a 57 on the state exam Some of the information was just incorrect Got our hands on books from Pathfinder and passed 3 days later

"Program material does not match testing "

I don t understand why this program has such high reviews To be completely honest I was excited for this program With their flash cards quizzes and pre-recorded video snippets all great But here is my BIGGEST qualm not my only issue but the biggest THE STUDY MATERIAL DOES NOT MATCH THE TESTING MATERIAL If I am paying any institute to educate me on a specific topic or criteria I expect them to TEACH me that certain criteria This program did not I graduated With honors from a four year university and am not opposed to studying I put in nearly sixty hours over two weeks Today I took my exam somehow I passed NO ONE should ever be stressed they won t pass an exam because their course did not offer the proper or ALL the education they paid for Course PASS guarantee How about curriculum guarantee
