We use Exavault to distribute report packets to our Board of Directors and securely exchange files with our vendors and members Exavault is easy to use much more secure than email and always available I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a hosted secure cloud solution

An equal Maybe Something better Highly unlikely

We have used Exavault for nearly a decade and we are very pleased with our choice The support staff is not only very capable they are also quite personable A real joy to work with no matter the issue They even support my tendency to do the wrong thing at times with a gentle reminder It s possible there is another vendor that could equal there attributes but there could not possibly be one that is better IMHO Professional and personable talent is hard to find whether you are an employer or choosing the services of a vendor And I should not omit their great cost benefits The plan we are on is perfect for our needs Bottom line we love our relationship and I cannot imagine ever changing it

I have used Exavault for years as an FTP site for those who work with us to quickly upload download larger files Great product at a great price I was so impressed when I found a bug that they followed up multiple times and had their engineers resolve the matter in a very acceptable time frame

Reliable service

I use this service to upload security pictures to a remote location Never had anything go wrong Great interface I use FileZilla to go in and clean things out If I stored my security pictures locally they could get stolen My pictures are secure here

Only FTP service I would recommend

Been using the site now for over seven years and it is the only FTP site I would recommend to friends and colleagues The site is highly reliable easy to use and has a great user interface The site improvements that have been done since I started using it have only been for the best The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful

For most people sharing files means attaching a document to an email We started out that way too but soon realized there had to be a better way I checked out tons of different options and the one that came closest to the ideal solution was exavault com Once we started using it though it quickly became obvious that we had found the ideal solution I m able to monitor all the log ins from all my staff and make sure they all have access to what they need and only what they need The speeds aren t always the fastest compared to some places but it s never been an actual problem for us and things work I would tell anyone who is looking for a good way to share files to use ExaVault although I wish there was more collaboration tools like Google drive has
