Multicloud doesn t work as advertised doesn t work at all basically support won t help you either Worst company ever Such a shame because the idea is good and would really benefit us if it would work

They Will NOT Refund You

They State that if you are not satisfied within 30 days they will refund you but this is a LIE The service was not able to transfer my large amounts of data from google drive to dropbox it just kept failing the transfer over and over again Customer support was not able to solve the issue and when I requested a refund they just keep ignoring me over and over again Extremely frustrating as I paid for the unlimited lifetime account and now its basically of no use to me False advertising from a terrible company

I signed up and started a file transfer from Dropbox to google I gave Multicloud access to Dropbox and Google drive I checked after a few minutes and 3 transfer was started Later I tried to login to check progress Couldn t log in The login link was blocked Tried resetting password Followed instructions and it looked like everything would be OK but then could not submit password change The submit button was blocked Never going to trust someone with my data if I can t login to their system anytime I want

The worst customer support

The worst customer support I just tried to move photos from one Google account to another After multiple sync fails I contacted support and asked for their help but all I got were simple basic answers I wish I didn t use this app Now I have moved photos partially and I have no idea how to sort this out

This is the worst site I ever met I can even transfer files from mega to onedrive it says there was an error and the other thing is even in the premium version the transfer speed is so low it takes 10-20 minutes to transfer a 500mb folder then i download all the mega files myself and upload then to onedrive doing it yourself is faster than using multcloud

Multcloud mess up your data

Multcloud mess up your data I bought a license to migrate from Onedrive to Google Photo After several trial I gave up The transfer stops about half way and you have no clue of what has been transferred and not Error message is not understandable and the support cannot explain nor help All photos transferred loose original time stamp and are uploaded with todays date A complete mess

Don t waste your money

As the title says don t waste our money First of all they are advertising features that are limited for instance Real-time synchronization between two cloud drives is limited to two 2 tasks and they don t tell you that until you have signed up and try to enable more than 2 tasks Secondly the platform is not stable I created 6 scheduled sync tasks but 2 of them does not run as scheduled Thirdly their support is almost non-existing When I encountered the issues with the above mentioned tasks they fixed the problem the first time but just 9 days later the tasks stopped working and they have not been able to fix it same issue with the same tasks Since their fix did not work I asked to be refunded the money I paid for the Lifetime Unlimited subscription I had purchased but I was told that they couldn t as I was outside the 30-day refund policy which I can t find anywhere on their webpage and which should not have any bearing as I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind but because the service is not stable and they can t fix it After pushing for a solution or a refund several times they have stopped answering my emails Update February 20 2024It s getting better sarcasm They finally replied on February 18 2024 5 days after I informed them that their fix did not work They apologized the delay and blamed it on holidays and mountains of email responses which begs some questions 1 why do they advertise 24 7 365 Support on their website when they apparently shut down over the Chinese New Year and 2 are the mountains of email responses other angry customers Anyway they came up with the brilliant sarcasm again fix that I create two new tasks So I did that and yes now those two tasks have been working for a little over 24 hours but at the same time two other tasks stopped working So save yourself the headache and stay away from this product it s not worth it

Not wroth the money - better services available

Had this service for quite some time but now completely switched to CloudHQ which does the same job except continuously AND it included ALL files MultCloud kept erroring out missing files does not support onenote files and also at will deleted large chunks of files from the backup store Not recommended
