Violeta Yordanova did an excellent job answering all of my questions about pCloud Business to see if it would be a good fit for the company I work for She was up front about the pros and cons to how I was wanting to use pCloud and provided solutions if I were to run into any problems Violeta was great to work with

Excellent service and Support

I had paid for the 2TB personal annual plan and it worked perfectly I needed some extensive assistance to incorporate the service into my home server The support team is knowledgeable not only about their own products but about IT in general They went as far as soliciting the help of developers to try to resolve ma conundrum Unfortunately for me pCloud is meant for the consumer market that wants a live sync of operational files not server backup archiving so I had to cancel my account Even in this the support was excellent I was promptly refunded the 99 99 I had paid no fuss no muss I was really impressed and if they develop their offering to include data archiving I will assuredly be back You can put your faith in pCloud

Brilliant product super helpful team

I bought a lifetime storage 500GB with pCloud earlier this year and was able to transfer all my iCloud and Drive data to pCloud I wanted lifetime storage at affordable rates and that s when I read about pCloud on Twitter Later I read all about the company and was convinced I must say I m more than getting my money s worth already I love how there s so much functionality within the app and it keeps getting better The entire experience is customer centric Must add that their customer support is the best I just hope that with scale and success they re able to maintain these very high standards of product quality and customer service

I have to Thank PCloud for the fast response to my request of combining two accounts into one The work was accomplished by the extremely helpful and knowledgeable Red I also have to commend Felix for his follow-up to ensure everything was handled to my satisfaction I am so pleased with PCloud and have been for years now Thank you PCloud

I had a problem which resulted in closing my accaint and if the support ot the pcloud team wasn t fast and ontime especcialy Cris-10x I was going to loose all my info and data The app is great Keep doing what you doing

Best cloud storage provider ever

I m using pcloud since the first months of it birth I have a lifetime subscription and I m very happy Upload and download speeds are very good There is a continus d veloppement and improvement of their apps I use several cloud storage providers but this one is my favorite as I can use it on all of my devices OS andoid linux windows I never had a problem with my data The fact that they have a drive mounted in the file explorer make it easier to upload files and globally to use your own files They have high security infrastructures and our files are encrypted by default We can by a zero-knowledge option CRYPTO for some more that is a perfect choice I recommend this provider for its reliability features performances and its good security level

Seems to be one of the best maybe the best I only had untill now the free 10gb space to try out As a private customer I want to store my all my personalia photo s video s magazines in pdf and android apps apk s Important is that all these media will be opened in the cloud storage without downloading it Video s en photo s works excellent PDF-files and apk-files not yet About the apk s pcloud promised to fix it in short time Overall impression very good

Dedicated and efficient team saved my account from being deleted by mistake

Dedicated team quick and efficient in dealing with any problems I mistakenly pushed delete account while resetting my phone I was desperate as I thought my account and all the important documents in it would be now erased I contacted the PCloud team and they instantly solved the problem Daniel and Felix have been extremely helpful efficient and proactive My documents are once again safe my account is active Thanks a lot to all the team Keep up the good work You are the best

Great cloud storage

I have been using pCloud since last 6 years I started using paid storage 500GB service since last 2 years So far I did not face any issue using their storage services and therefore there was no need for me to use their support That is a big plus Uploads are quite fast as compared some other cloud storage service providers
