Car rental Kefalonia with EXER

I forgot to give Exer my flight number when I took out the rental so rang them from the airport and Rafael picked us up 5 minutes later Had my own excess insurance and 900 Euros retained on my credit card which I expected The service was excellent from start to finish Arrived at the airport early to return to UK Rafael aloud us the leave our luggage in the car and keep the key while we went and had lunch The car was great and no issues when I returned it They wouldn t even let me take it to the car wash which I normally do Second time I ve hired from EXER first time in Rhodes and will be booking with them from now on

In general it was a great experience The personnel was very polite and helpful during the process The car provided was relatively new so when we saw it we were pleasantly suprised The only thing I would mention is that it took some time for them to transfer us the station however when we got there and saw how many people were at the desk we understood I would definitely recommend this company for a car hire

I promptly received all information we needed via email after my inquiries The transfer from the airport to the car rental was very convenient and the staff in loco accurately gave us all details about the service and the car No issues took place when we left the car

The team at Exer Athens airport has been super helpful Prices were unbeatable this was still in low season don t know about high season car was clean and in good condition Pick up drop off with Exer shuttle at the airport was quick Exer is about 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport Really a pleasure to rent from them IMPORTANT make sure you book with a CREDIT card and bring this card with you not a debit card this is nothing to do with Exer but debit cards create all sorts of complications with the Greek banking system LOCATION Exer shuttle departure exit the terminal immediately turn right under the outside concourse follow the pavement to the end of the concourse terminal you will find the car parks with buses hotel buses and the Exer shuttle there
