Don t buy from ExpressWigBraids
BUYERS BEWARE I ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism and terrible customer service as I ve had to deal to with this company I understand that I ordered the wig during the holiday season but it arrived over a month late purchased November 19 2022 and received February 16 2023 I was patient and understanding but they never even sent any messages to provide an update on it I purchased the wig for a trip overseas so I was excited for it It wasn t until a few days before my departure when I reached out to them Someone conveniently emailed right away and they stated that they d mail it the next day Low and behold the wrong color wig was received I notified them the same day and took a photo as proof The wig was returned to the original packaging and not touched again Since I was leaving the next day I was unable to send it back They asked if I could send it back for an exchange when I returned I initially agreed but had to change my hair plans for my trip When I returned I concluded that there was no need for the wig since I wasn t able to wear the wig for my original intended purpose Since they were already going to take back the wig they sent there shouldn t be an issue with a rerun since they were at fault anyways as THEIR policy clearly states Boy was I wrong I wish I could tell you that I was met with an understanding and rational response but I can t at all It s been almost a month and I m still pleading my case for a return Their reasoning is that they can t do a refund for hygienic reasons and I waited too long to notify them That makes no sense since they were going to take the original wig they sent me anyways I also notified them within 24 hours when they first sent the wrong wig and again when I returned back home and first requested a refund I have proof of this with screenshots of the emails I ve requested to speak with a manager which has been dogged I called their number and no one ever answered or got back to me So it looks like they re purposely ignoring me now This ordeal has been so emotionally and physically draining I ve never dealt with such a frustrating situation They clearly don t care about their customers and don t adhere to their own policy A return was already authorized so they could easily refund my money in order to be fair and preserve the professional relationship for future business So do yourselves a favor and find another company for braided wigs Otherwise your might deal with a similar mess like this BUYERS BEWARE I never dealt with such unprofessionalism and terrible customer service as I ve had to deal to with this company DM for the whole story with proof So do yourselves a favor and find another company for braided wigs Otherwise your might deal with a similar mess like this

Dis-honest Lace Front Wig Companies
On June 1 2020 I placed a order for 1 Allison 16-18 lace front wig with the company Express Wig Braids I then received a confirmation email that they received my order A while went by and I did not receive a follow up e-mail with the shipping date tracking information I eventualy contacted the company Express Wig Braids com about the shipping date and was given a statement about their websites policies and they referred me to read their policy This happened several more times I was upset because I had paid the company in full up-front yet I could not get a real date as to when the product would be shipped I had paid 200 00 I received on July 20 2020 a rumpled soiled white envelope delivered by USPS When I opened the package I was totally horrified not only was there a very strong odor the enclosed wig was not at all like the wig shown on their website It was not something anyone would wear out in public it had tracks showing in the back and had been hastily and poorly put together Needless to say I knew that I had to take photos to document this sale The experience is one that I hope no one else has to go through Shame on you Express Wig Braids For preying on the very community that supports you Belinda Chalko note photos of product posted on Face Book other consumer website to warn the public

Waste of money RIPOFF QUALITY IS GARBAGE

Buyer Beware Of This Company
I purchased two ready to ship wigs When I received them I returned both of them the next day As long as they send you the correct wig regardless how it looks to you or feel on you you will not get your money back Now you may be able to exchange it if it is approved by them You have to pay to return it and they also deduct 12 from when it was originally shipped to you The wigs I order were extremely heavy to wear This company only communicate through chats texts and or emails When I gave my honest review about each wig on their website they did not post it

Don t ask for any mixed colors They only do plain colors
I asked for the 2tone 1b 27 mixed with the 2 tone 1b 30 color to created a mixed color like the c27 30 that they offer and I had to escalate a paypal claim because they refused to do my order unless I sent them 60 extra dollars 27 30 is made by combining two colors 27 and 30 I just wanted the black at the top the C27 30 or the mix27 30 They told me I was a bad customer and that they encourage customers like me not to order from them Go to their website and check their color options and you ll see them listed

It s still isn t here I ordered 2 13 22 I was told 6-8 weeks today is exactly 8 weeks haven t heard from them except for the two emails I sent inquiring about the wig The customer service is rude but I should have expected it from reading on their website Never again will I order from this company

I had received two wigs from them and they were useless Had a very bad smell The parting was awful and looked so fake Poor quality of wigs and they were super heavy definitely prepare to sweat if you wear during the summer This was around two years ago and even though they may have improved their wigs unsure I m not wasting any additional money to find out It s hard to find braided wigs that won t weigh you down I perfer lighter and shorter options now I shop at wow african if I need high quality

Ordered a wig on August 25 2023 Have not received the wig as yet Every time you try to call they send you a text saying that they are with a customer and to send an inquiry They respond days later saying that they will send tracking information but no further information is sent Very poor customer service Would never order from them again XxxxUPDATE -xxxxx Finally received the wig I ordered with a reasonable explanation The wig smelt really good and definitely worth the price The fit was perfect
