I am pleased with the information and MBI Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policy presented to me by Dacey Being a California resident I learned that VSCs Vehicle Service Agreements could only be sold by car dealers Companies selling VSCs on line are doing so in violation of California law Dacey is professional resourceful and a delight to work with She is also a California licensed Insurance Agent The MBI she presented to me backed by Mercury Insurance was exactly what I was looking for at half the price of what other on line companies offered not to mention the policy cost was one third of the price of the VSC offered by the dealer I read through the reviews Though mostly positive the negative ones were addressed and a reasonable explanation was given to the customer as to why their claim was rejected In one case where the customer felt his claim was reasonable the owner of AutoPom interceded with the policy administrator and the claim was honored I hope to have a long term relationship with AutoPom I highly recommend them to others Neil J ForrestMorgan Hill CA
