Please do no waste your money purchasing this warranty My 70 year old mother was widowed one month and had to purchase a car She was talked into purchasing this extended warranty She never used the coverage total waste of money When the vehicle hit 77 799 miles the engine light came on and the estimate was 8 827 to fix She advised the dealership that she had the extended warranty when they called to verify they were told the warranty expired at 70 093 miles and the claim was denied She was not aware that it was based on miles a few months before when the vehicle was being serviced she inquired about the expiration of the warranty and was told 12 19 22 nothing was mentioned about miles

This is a complete scam They should be in jail

This is a complete scam They take your money then never answer the phone or return phone calls My next step is to file a complaint with the State Attorney General Everyone that has fallen for this scam should also file the complaint and get them shut down and hopefully get them behind bars where they belong

Purchased the warranty 4 months ago my first time using what a hassle Very rude customer service and very hard to get a hold of an agent Jeep dealership said it was there worst experience as well the car sat 4 days pending feedback from patriot at the end of the day all claims were denied 2200 to fix AC patriot offered to pay 200 horrible experience Would never recommend as I type this message I m on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to a representative

I purchased their highest level of coverage When it came time to file a claim and get my car fixed they only covered 1400 of 12 000 I asked my dealership if I purchased an extended warranty from them of everything would ve been covered and they said yes Patriot told me their warranty would cover everything a Range Rover warranty would cover Patriot wanted to use after market parts and only paid a fraction of the labor I absolutely feel scammed and I ll be filing a lawsuit against them Absolute scam

This company is a complete scam I signed up for warranty in 2020 but cancelled the warranty in June 2021 because they wouldn t cover repairs on my BMW I m still waiting for a refund after almost 18 months Despite numerous calls and promises of a refund I m still waiting Now it s impossible to get hold of anyone there Next step is small claims court

I purchased an auto warranty insurance

I purchased an auto warranty insurance policy from this company back in August 2020 for 1 150 I submitted a claim in May 2022 and another claim in July 2022 I have not yet been reimbursed I was told twice that I would receive reimbursement at the end of June and again at the end of August As of this date nothing has been paid by Patriot Warranty Insurance

This company is a scam My uncle purchased in July 2022 and cancelled October 2022 I have been calling repeatedly and no one answers They keep saying they will send my refund and end up blocking my number Next step is a small claims court as well as others for taking advantage of people

DO NOT BUY Bought 4 yr warranty in March 2021 Included -0- deductible Took vehicle in for service and neither auto repair shop nor myself could get anyone to even answer the phone on several attempts The one time I got thru to a voicemail and left my information got no return call Also left message via website no response Mechanic finally left a vm with no return call What if this was a roadside service need Their website also lies showing a 5 star Trustpilot rating when it is not
