I have used Freshgo for about 4 years and have never had an issue Their selections for contacts are through the roof amazing Customer service is beyond expectations and I ensure that I will continue to be a customer I usually don t leave reviews but this company deserves recognition for their performance

Very courteous and quick service

I ordered three pairs of lenses and they were shipped out relatively quickly I had to contact customer service on a specific matter and they got back to me in a short time Lovely experience I will buy from here again

Really recommend the contact lenses

Really recommend the contact lenses super comfortable and I ve been using them for about 3 4 years Also they are very helpful I placed an order for non prescription lenses and I needed the prescription lenses emailed them and got a respond really quick and they replaced the contact lenses and I didn t get charge for product or shipping

My experience with FreshGo was excellent I was very please with my order I really like the bling contact case with the mirror accessories to care for your lenses

Good communication good

Purchased last year and they were good lenses I bought a pair of lenses this year that I needed ASAP I emailed to make sure they were coming from the US location Company promptly responded to let me know that unfortunately that were coming from Hong Kong location and would be a 15 day ship They were super quick to refund me Great communication Although it did not work out this time I would purchase with them in the future

I will NEVER buy my color contacts anywhere else The colors are vibrant shipping is quick customer service is amazing I could not be happier with my purchase I have ordered from here a couple of times and have never been disappointed

Contacts are lightweight and look natural the only contacts i buy that are affordable with great results been using this brand for years

Really great lenses at affordable prices and OMG the shipping is SO fast I ve been ordering from FreshGo for years because they carried prescription lenses and they were my favorite They don t carry those anymore but I have never had an issue with FreshGo Customer support responds quickly to me when I had a problem and also informed me a product was out of stock and were able to switch it out with one of a similar price promptly Anyways Super happy with their service and products Would definitely buy again

Product was exactly as described great color excellent fit and doesn t move around like alot of lenses and probably the must important very very comfortable to wear So natural in appearance I received a ton of compliments Will definitely be ordering from FreshGo again
