they do not respond They sent the order and received it But they state that they accept returns Well there is no address no contact nothing It is partially a scam as they at least sent the item But would not trust them again

Avoid at all costs this is not UK based paid 8 for 48 hour delivery turned up after a week The quality is shocking it states easy returns on their website nobody has ever answered me as yet phone number does not work

Do not trust this company

My wife ordered an item which was never received We tried to claimback via Paypal but they ruled in favour of the company who had provided a proof of delivery Numerous emails had been sent with no reply from them We have not received the item so the proof of delivery is incorrect - paypal ignores this complaint I would never trust this company again they ignore everything and dont even acknowledge orders

No replies from ZSZBACE after contacting them for refund

I purchased a number of items a month ago and immediately upon receipt I emailed the company to say that one item - a pair of compression gloves - were far too small and could I return for a replacement or refund So far I have received no reply even though their web site promises easy returns I had ordered the size based on their sizing information so was not happy that they were so small I couldn t get them on at all
