Getting A Refund From This Company Is A Joke BEWARE

In April I ordered several pieces of clothing from Ezacel Upon arrival on May 19 2024 and after trying on all the pieces I decided that I wanted to return a dress 38 99 and a top 32 99 The total for the two items 71 98 I immediately emailed customer service and asked for a return address and full refund for the two items The company first offered me a 12 refund and told me to keep the clothes I want to return Second email they offered 23 refund Third email 36 and I would have to send the clothes at my expense to Dubai UAE Really Very frustrated and let this be a warning to anyone thinking of buying any of their clothes Looks like I will have to go through my charge card company to get back my money Beware Update 5 21 24 Woke up to an email this morning They said 64 78 and they won t pay for postage Nope I want the entire amount owed me Period Interestingly enough they have a CA address on the package I received from them I ll send the clothes back to that address with a tracking number not to Dubai UAE which I feel they would think is a detergent to send back to Update I have a copy of their advertisement on Facebook that claims their clothes are made in South Carolina and FREE returns
