UK users - do not touch with a Bargepole

Bought Formula1 TV last year and it is an absolute con In the UK SKY has bullied its way into banning any live TV coverage of Formula 1 in the UK without buying their entire sports package so all you get with F1 TV is the background feeds Yet it still costs the same as overseas users who do get live TV Nothing in the power-selling ads tells you this until after you have paid Do not touch this company with a barge-pole

Terrible streaming quality

Terrible streaming quality would not recommend Hard to believe in this world of streaming video that F1TV cannot figure out how to properly stream There is no buffer so it skips every few seconds every time we try to watch a race We have several other streaming services that we never have an issue with I wish F1TV would contract out there streaming to any one of them ie Netflix Hulu etc

I ratley watch F1 but after viewing the final race of 2021 I feel it is corrupt and may never watch again When Verstappen overtook Hamilton on first lap he knew in Hamilton didnt go off track they would collide both being out of the race and that would give Verstappen the title this is the scenario on final lap should they crash Then to allow a tyre change under safety car and allow a certain amount of back markers through is totally changing the rules to favour another driver The only fair outcomes is to share the F1Championship Very disappointed in F1

You have the worst f king app on the worst platforms I have all the tech but to watch f1 I have to plug in a piece of s t dongle into all my tech that is far superior because you need as many people as possible to have a poor viewing experience because your servers can t handle the bandwidth of people streaming in 4k

Absolutely horrendous service I expected more from F1

Absolutely horrendous service I can t even stream via URL on my MacBook Pro because my OS is too freaking new Can you believe that they only support MacOS Catalina for streaming live races on the web That s a prehistoric 4-year-old system Seriously who on earth is still using that ancient version To make matters worse the live stream on AppleTV via their pathetic app is nothing but a buffering choppy mess I ve had it and I ve cancelled my subscription Save yourselves the headache and stay as far away as possible from this disaster It s beyond belief that F1 could be this abysmally behind I expected way more from them

Back to the stone age

Can t watch on holiday no buffering no airplay possible It s back to 2008 with this app

Horrible customer service and app stability

I payed one year subscription Recently I report that the last three races the apple TV app where I watch with my family is not working The answer was auto replays without any concern for the customer Due to a lack of customer support I cancelled the subscription and got an email informing me that I can still use it until march 2024 Today I cannot log because I need to subscribe If you are thinking about subscribing this service please check other options They don t have a real customer support and show no respect for their clients

What a horrible app I paid for a year and have had multiple customer service experiences I doubt very much that FIA is aware or responsible for this product The quality is the worst on the market does not matter if you hook up your laptop or stream at your tv Unbelievable that FIA is putting it s name on this product Shame on you for not taking your customers seriously and disrespecting the fans in general
