I bought the grapefruit and orange

I bought the grapefruit and orange shampoo and that is lovely cleansed my oily roots brilliantly I chose the argan and shea conditioner as I have curly hair I was very disappointed with this It is runny and my hair did not feel moisturised or soft It is recommended for curly hair and I have used other conditioners that work far better than this conditioner

Disappointed in length of delivery

Good products but very poor communication except when it came to Faith In Nature asking for feedback For some reason delivery took 10 days Seven days after placing order I wrote to Faith In Nature requesting delivery date no response I d think twice about ordering from them again unless they contact me with an explanation

Severely lacking in customer service

Severely lacking in customer service support Admitted an issue their end caused half of my order was not sent If the product is out of stock then it should state it on the website so that orders cannot be placed but this was not the case then they despatched the incomplete order without informing me that it could not be fulfilled I had 20 off as it was my first order and therefore what they offered for my inconvenience is exactly 0 Will not use again

Sadly still waiting for order after almost 2 weeks I had to chase up with customer services and although it is confirmed as dispatched not yet received

I bought 3 but 1 delivered

I bought three but only 1 was delivered This might be the fault of the courier but if so they need to look at that I ve put an enquiry in to FiN s customer service department so will see how we get on with that

Why were my messages ignored

A frustrating delivery experience made worse by a total inability to communicate with customer service Left messages but no calls returned This is the second time this had happened So disappounted after being s customer for many years I do hope you get things sorted

Lack of customer service

It took 18 days for my order to arrive Apart from one email just after I ordered to say you were very busy with orders and might be a delay Not one bit of contact no emails answered no one picks up the phone no updates I tried social media and got a message after my order had arrived This lack of customer service has cost me money as I had to buy products elsewhere assuming my order would not arrive So no savings for me in your sale But cost me double Still not had a reply to my message in reply to yours Customer service is sadly lacking in this case

10 working days for delivery

I appreciate that there was an offer on which increased volume of sales but had to wait 10 working days for order to arrive had to email 3 times and call and leave a message This has put me if ordering in the future so will buy locally from now on or via Holland and Barrett online with a promotion Response from FIN very standard and no definite timeline given very annoying

VERY DISAPPOINTING STILL WAITING

VERY DISAPPOINTING Ordered 25 Feb and 2 weeks later still no parcel has arrived I give an extra star as they did sent one email to tell me there s a delay but 2 weeks is not really acceptable as we needed to go out and buy the same items as we ran out I would have preferred them to say out of stock and give a refund whilst the offers were still available in local stores These products are widely available and had the same offers on in Holland and Barrett so I won t be ordering anything again unless of course they give me a refund or a huge discount code and free delivery

Great products poor service

Great products terrible delivery - both times I have ordered there have been major disruptions delays and finally partial or failed delivery I wouldn t order unless you don t care when it comes or if it comes
