My scalp has never flaked so much

Shampoo smells great I like the ethos but my scalp is coated with white flakes and multiple rinses don t help At Christmas I had to use a standard ant-dandruff shampoo both for looks and to stop the itchiness I m only continuing because I m told it s good for chemo hair

I love the soap but a big readon for ordering fro faith in nature is to reduce my plastic waste The box was shipped with an entirely unnecessary and easily avoidable plastic envelope

Contains fragrance which is a red flag for anyone wanting toxin-free products

It works OK and isn t as pungent as mainstream brands but I am very disappointed that a leading natural health brand uses fragrance in its ingredients This means there are unidentified chemicals that may be endocrine disruptors or other harmful or potentially harmful substances I could tell from the smell of the rose conditioner that it must contain artificial fragrances because it has that telltale rank chemical smell that other cosmetics have I won t be buying this brand again

The large 5L bottle of shampoo had been loaded upside down in the box resulting in the cap and neck being squashed up and bent making it hard to pour out of

Not great communication

The product I received is gorgeous but a few minutes after I placed the order I forgot I hadn t put my discount code in I emailed your customer service immediately to explain my mistake but I didn t even receive a reply Not the best customer service

Your company was 5 star excellent Your courier was terrible

Your company was 5 star excellent Unfortunately you were let down by your courier who provided a dump and run delivery If I had not been standing right by the front door thus hearing the tap on the door and opening it to see the driver disappearing in his van all in around 20 seconds the parcel of soap would have been left in full view at my door in the pouring rain

They need a quicker sleigh

Ordered on the 25th November and as yet 5th of December it still hasn t been delivered From the updates it s been sitting at an Evri depot since 27th November Hopefully it will be here for Xmas as it s the wife s favourite smelly stuff

Poor delivery and disappointing product

It took a very long time to receive the parcel When it arrived it was bashed up and the courier left it outside the front door instead of trying to deliver it The product also has an unpleasant fragrance so overall very disappointing

Disappointed as not arrived

Having ordered nearly 2 weeks ago it s yet to arrive I decided to use Faith in Nature as I recently crowdfunded them and liked the company ethos I m as a result really disappointed with the service
