Poor Quality don t even try

Banned me and doesn t even offer anyway to access my files after i complain about their node quality which constantly overload and it took 30 minutes just to start a Minecraft server

my server shuts down every 30 minutes having time and my server lost 3 gb of ram they gave me 7 at the beginning and now it has 4

WATCH OUT WE LOST EVERYTHING

All files from our server were suddenly gone And we never got them back We have to start again from point 0 with our new server at a different host My advice don t use this host find a better one where your files just stay and don t dissapear

Trash and Poor Quality

A trash of servers poor quality and much lag even with the premium servers I ll not recommend you to spend you money in a trash server and less quality as atrenos and so laggy even with no mods or no plugins

Absolutely trash

This hosting is absolutely trash all the performance etc is fine but the support and file management by the owner and other moderators is just terrible trash Don t buy any hosting here it s just time wasting made a server in 8 months and now all is gone because of the terrible service

This is just really low quality

This is just really low quality I have been waiting on the Running Installer Your server should be ready soon please try again in a few minutes screen for the bast 45 minutes nothing has happened I would NOT recommend this server hosting

True about FalixNodes

The servers are pretty good 2 for 9gb of ram is a LOT cheap The problem is If you buy a plan and only have money for one month they will DELETE your server and TAKE ALL OF YOUR FILES Don t ever get plans from here If you forget to pay for one day or only have money for some months your server will literally get DELETED

Tried to scam a long term customer

We ve been paying for the 6 plan since April 2022 and just recently they accidentally downgraded us to free plan and deleted our server but still took our money When we tried to reach out to support they weren t helpful and the only way we got our world backup and money back was threatening to involve the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre

The servers are almost always down

The servers are almost always down the console completely shuts down every half hour and the support team does nothing about it The website constantly falsely accuses users of having adblock and their server timer system is a buggy mess
