Avoid buying anything from this place particularly if you want to be told to F off by the staff I bought a van in August 23 as they came with a 6 month warranty An engine fault developed within the warranty period and so took my van to a garage of my choice as was stated on the warranty summary Lo and behold the warranty wouldn t pay out Steven Rooney who had previously stated he was the owner but more recently claimed he was just the manager offered to get the fault fixed at trade price but then started back pedalling I m now going to get the van fixed at my own cost and will follow up with the relevant authorities including Trading Standards who apparently have a file on his previous companies Google his name alongside Falkirk Wish I d done it before I d given them any money Honestly avoid this place Only wish there was an option for no stars

Misled and Mis sold a heap - Van was not as i was told in fact nothing like it so had to walk away from the deal Asked for detailed video prior to paying deposit and the failed to show me a massive crash damage to the sill area Also when i went to collect it it had a power steering leak

I purchased a van from Falkirk van sales recently After payment went through Steven Rooney produced a document that said vibration felt at 70 mph in van I questioned this he gave me a load of waffle about reason for vibration After a week the windscreen began vibrating from 30 mph upwards On inspection the windscreen had been replaced but not properly sealed hence vibrating screen He refused to accept video evidence said I had to take van back to be checked out After numerous calls to office Rooney who is very difficult to deal with talks over you hangs up on calls I ve had to replace windscreen at considerable cost to myself Service light came on exhaust filter overload also after a few days from purchase I would not recommend this company at all Manager Rooney is not trustworthy was impossible to talk to So you have been warned

I bought this van for my small delivery service and it s been awesome It s got a ton of room and it s easy to load and unload The van s also been really good on fuel which helps a lot with the driving I do Super happy with it
