They are robbing you for the item

The item I buy show very big online for the price of 35 once I got it it was small it was a 8 10 size and to keep it real I can spend less money for that I could of went to cvs or Walgreens and got it for 10 if I wanted a 8 10 so before u buy cause it look big for that price it s not

Cheap product unorganized tracking customer service

I was originally given the wrong tracking for my order so it told me that my package was delivered to the wrong location When I finally got my package the item was much cheaper quality than in the pictures on the website especially considering how much I paid for the item I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future

Don t do it not worth it

I ordered the ornaments before Christmas two the exact same ONE came with the wrong date of death Contacted the co oh they don t do returns or replacements I was told I had to order new ones sooo I did they are HALF the size of the first ones I m so irritated and disappointed I will never order from this co again

I m not sure how legit the company is first off I ordered an ornament in the beginning of the month of December and did not receive a confirmation for it until I emailed them requesting an update The company then emailed me a tracking number that did not update information for over a week I still have yet to see a status update on the tracking of the package I wouldn t recommend

The ornament is very cute however I ordered an ornament on 12 4 2020 but received it on 12 30 20 In my opinion 26 days is just unacceptable I understand that we are in a global pandemic however I ordered MANY other items through ETSY and received them within 8 days The difference is that those small businesses used reputable shipping companies like Federal Express and UPS where Family Panda used DHL

Website really clear and easy to use Huge range of products and original I m really sorry to write that and I know it s nothing related to your company The delivery company you are using is really slow and the tracking can t be udptaded My order is on the way but when I look online my order is just ready I know rough times for everyone with Covid-19 but the lack of communication made my experience a bit bitter Again I know it s not your fault and your shop is amazing

Order long time waiting for delivery

I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021 The customer service via email has been fantastic They have responded very quickly to my questions The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August Very confusing and still don t know when I should receive the product
