Amazing Customer Service
The customer service was absolutely amazing They notified me right away to let me know my photo I had submitted was blurry and they were concerned about the quality of the canvas They gave me plenty of time to find a photo that wasn t blurry and made sure that the quality wouldn t be distorted They also followed up to make sure I had received my tracking number and consistently offered their services After the canvas was delivered they had emailed me to make sure that I had received the product as they had been checking in on the tracking of the package I ve never seen a company do that Afterwords I received an email stating that they had noticed our anniversary date was really close as to when I had ordered it and made sure I had it 1 day prior to our anniversary I was sure it would have shown up after our anniversary since I personally always wait until the last minute while trying to decide on what kind of gift I m going to choose Over all the customer service was fantastic I ll be doing more canvas photos in the future for sure
