Bought an ornament for a Christmas present for a daddy to be and while we were both happy with it I was was disappointed in the quality It does look of higher quality online where it s really just a thicker piece of paper glued to a cheap piece of plastic I feel even just glueing another piece of plastic to the back would make it better as that way the paper can t be scratched away That s why I gave 4 stars everything else was really good

I love my canvas to my husband It is beautiful and it was easy to do and set up I have no complaints except for communication bc it was delivered on Christmas Eve but I didn t realize it bc so much was going on and never received an email until yesterday that it was shipped then one saying it was delivered Again the product is delightful and I will order from here again thank you

Got my canvas a little later than expected thought I ordered in enough time to get it here when I needed it but it came out so beautiful I only wish I would have chose the bigger one to fit my wall better I feel like this one is too small Over all very pleased and world use them again

I like the product you sent but I would have like to been able to choose the zoom distance You can barely see enough around to recognize the area Or at least seen the final product before completing Great work overall though Very pleased

The poster turned out great My wife was very pleased with it The only negative is the delayed delivery through DHL If it s possible for you to have a more reliable and faster shipper it would greatly improve customer experience I understand this is beyond your control also Thank You for the very fast email responses Jason

Ordered 2 canvases one as anniversary gift and the other for everyday occasion When ordering I sent 2 pics for each canvas to be used it asks you that because not all pics can be used work well as well as different songs for both Couldn t fully remember if pics were all completely different but nonetheless Received my canvases the short week or so later and both were the same pic but each had the different songs I used I reached out to customer service and within the day I received an email back that replied how as a team they decided to use the same pic for both because it had myself wife n daughter They took fault in their mistake and gave the directions to rectify the situation along with an email preview of the new product I sent them the info received the preview email and they got it started and now waiting for delivery which should be well worth it Despite the mishap the canvases looked amazing pic and songs together With how they handled the situation expressed sorrow and were obliged to rectify the issue I would STILL GLADLY recommend them to anyone who wants a nice gift for someone special 4 5 5 star mainly due to customer service

My experience with family Panda would have been 5 stars but there is no customer service telephone number to physically speak to someone That being said the product I purchased looks incredible and my wife loves it

I was looking for something that I could get my wife for our anniversary I came across Family Panda as was a little skeptical because of how their web address looked until I read the reviews The Website was easy to use and the communication was good They were able to get my order to me 8 days after I placed my order The only thing I didn t like was the freight company they use They don t give much for communication as to where your package is at and the information they do give isn t very accurate

The product we received is very nice Exactly as expected There was a problem with the delivery though it was no fault of Family Panda They even contacted the delivery source and was told it appeared to be lost in shipping Family Panda then reordered another one to be shipped to us Shortly after hours we received the original We were very thankful that Family Panda did all they could to be sure we received the product we ordered In the end we were very satisfied with the product
