Not only did my Christmas gift for my mother come out exceeding expectations it also was super easy to customize it how I needed Furthermore Family Panda almost immediately updated me with order shipment status when I reached out to ask not to mention a relatively quick ship time I will definitely be buying their products again in the future

Absolutely love it

My daughter wanted to get this as a fathers day gift from her and her sister The mug turned out amazing Their father absolutely loved it Thank you soo much The delivery was very quick However Google verify for my address has not updated and it was originally being returned to sender u til I called the post office to find out what to do That was the only issue that I had Apparently they changed the name of my road like 15 years ago but GPS and Google still have it listed as the previous road name

Family Panda is incredible and has the best customer service I ordered a canvas from them that has one of our wedding photos on it along with the lyrics from our first dance It was a gift for my husband for our 1 year anniversary and it is PERFECT I can t thank Family Panda enough for helping me through the process and getting it to me right on time Highly recommend this company

What a great company They absolutely came through for me I had ordered a custom canvas and paid for faster shipping It was around the holidays for a birthday after the holidays and they answered all my questions They updated me every step of the way without me having to ask or check The gift came early and in excellent condition Absolutely perfect They responded to my email with a question very fast and very thorough Totally impressed with their customer service and their product quality Completely satisfied Definitely will be shopping with them in the future Thank you all for providing such a great product and standing behind it

A top rated truly professional company to buy from

I am beyond satisfied with my canvas wall hanging that I presented to my husband on our 37th wedding anniversary The fact that I ordered in not knowing that the canvas was meant for a 5th anniversary I ordered it discovered it as we were about to hang the canvas I contacted customer service and they were so professional they replaced the 5th for the 37th anniversary and I couldn t be more thrilled Thanks so so much Family Panda you guys are THE BEST
