Wow I ordered the Timeless Memories Canvas for my parents 60th Anniversary It came out beautiful and they loved it We were all so happy with the purchase I will definitely recommend Family Panda to anyone and will purchase from them again The customer support team was great with communications and answered all my questions in a timely manner

The picture came out beautiful My son and daughter in law absolutely love it The words to their wedding song make it even more special They made the process so easy and quick Would highly recommend this company I will definitely be buying another one for my daughter who gets married in two weeks

Excellent customer service

My order ended up slightly delayed They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly lost I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first Which was so nice I hate having to track down orders and then track down someone from customer service I ended up getting both packages They were great quality which I wasn t really expecting since the price was so reasonable I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future

My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over It was perfect Thank you for delivering it in a timely fashion in such a way that there was no damage

Nervous Husband Ordering Before Christmas

I ordered our wedding song printed on canvas with my wife my picture in the middle our song was pretty unique and obscure but the folks at Family Panda did an excellent job with the design - all from just the song title and artist My wife will absolutely love this when she opens it on Christmas morning Also I got a little nervous ordering so close to Christmas and sent an email asking if it would be on time Family Panda responded and assured me it would be here a week before and it was I am extremely pleased with their product
