I wish I had taken the time to research Faresclub.com before booking my flight.
I wish I had taken the time to research Faresclub.com before booking my flight. What seemed like a great deal turned into one of the worst travel experiences of my life. I had to cancel my original trip due to a family emergency and was told I would receive a travel credit valid for one year. That seemed fair—until I tried to use it. When I called to rebook, Faresclub.com claimed they couldn’t process my request and told me to call the airline directly. The airline informed me that Faresclub.com had been suspended from booking flights and that they, not I, were responsible for managing any changes. When I called Faresclub.com back, I was met with hostile and dismissive behavior from someone claiming to be the OWNER. He flat-out refused to issue a refund or rebook the flight, despite what I had previously been promised. He was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Things only got worse when I traveled to Mexico. I had a confirmed round-trip ticket, or so I thought. When I tried to check in for my return flight, the airline had no record of my booking. I called Faresclub.com again, and after being put on hold for 25 minutes, an agent named Ivan Moreno said he would check—but then disconnected the call and never followed up. With no other options, I was forced to pay $600 out of pocket for a last-minute return flight. Since then, Faresclub.com has completely ignored my calls, emails, and messages. It’s painfully obvious that this company is running a bait-and-switch scam. They attract customers with low fares, then make up excuses like “the airline didn’t confirm the price” and demand more money. When you try to cancel, they lie, delay, and refuse to provide any written confirmation. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Please, do not fall victim to this scam. Faresclub.com is not a legitimate business. Their deceptive and unethical practices must be investigated. Stay far, far away from this company.

Avoid Faresclub.com at all costs
I deeply regret not reading the reviews before booking with Faresclub.com. I initially thought I was getting a great deal, but what followed was one of the most frustrating travel experiences of my life. After booking my flight, I had to cancel due to an unexpected family emergency. I was told I’d receive a flight credit valid for one year, which I appreciated at the time. But when I attempted to use that credit just a few weeks later, I was informed by Faresclub.com that they could no longer book my new flight and that I needed to speak directly with the airline. When I contacted the airline, they told me that Faresclub.com had been suspended from making bookings and that they were supposed to handle all changes—yet they refused to help. When I called Faresclub.com again, the person on the line—who claimed to be the OWNER—spoke to me in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner. He refused to issue a refund or honor the credit. I was shocked at how unprofessional and hostile he was. The situation worsened when I traveled to Mexico. An agent named Ivan Moreno was supposed to confirm my return flight. I had received a confirmation email, so I assumed everything was set. But at the airport, I was told I didn’t have a valid ticket. I called Faresclub.com and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Ivan finally answered, took my info, and then vanished. No resolution, no call back. I was stranded with no way home and ended up paying over $600 out of pocket for a last-minute ticket. Since then, Faresclub.com has gone completely silent. They won’t return calls, emails, or messages. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. This business is nothing more than a scam. They lure you with cheap fares, then claim the airline didn’t confirm your booking unless you pay more. If you try to cancel, they lie, argue, and hang up on you. Their tactics are deceptive and unethical. Avoid Faresclub.com at all costs. This company is dishonest, untrustworthy, and should be held accountable. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I truly regret not reading the reviews about Faresclub.com before making my booking.
I truly regret not reading the reviews about Faresclub.com before making my booking. I initially thought I was getting a great deal, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I had to cancel my trip due to an unexpected emergency and was told I would receive a credit that would be valid for a full year. That seemed fair, so I didn’t question it. But when I tried to use the credit just a few weeks later, I was shocked to be told by Faresclub.com that they could no longer book my flight and that I needed to contact the airline directly. When I contacted the airline, they informed me that Faresclub.com had been suspended from issuing or managing bookings altogether. The airline clearly stated that all modifications should have been handled by the agency that originally booked the ticket—Faresclub.com. I called them again, hoping for a resolution, but instead I was met with the most unprofessional response imaginable. A man claiming to be the OWNER spoke to me in an incredibly rude manner, refused to issue a refund or reissue my ticket credit, and even hung up on me mid-conversation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of my problems. During my trip, I discovered that the return flight supposedly booked for me wasn’t actually confirmed. The agent I dealt with—named Ivan Moreno—initially appeared helpful but then completely ghosted me after taking my information. The airline had no record of the return flight booking. I had to spend $600 out of pocket just to secure a last-minute return flight. Despite trying to resolve the matter through emails, phone calls, and text messages, Faresclub.com went completely silent. No communication, no support, nothing. I’ve since filed a dispute with my credit card company and submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It’s clear now that Faresclub.com operates using classic bait-and-switch tactics. They draw you in with cheap prices, then claim the airline hasn’t confirmed the fare unless you pay more. If you cancel, they lie and dodge your requests for confirmation or documentation. Avoid Faresclub.com at all costs. This company is not legitimate—they are scammers exploiting travelers. Their behavior is deceptive, unethical, and borderline criminal. I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Avoid Faresclub.com at all costs.
I deeply regret not checking Faresclub.com reviews before booking my flight. Initially, the deal seemed too good to pass up, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency and was told I'd get a travel credit valid for a year. That sounded fair—until I tried to redeem it. Three weeks later, I called back to rebook, only to be told that they could no longer issue tickets and that I should speak to the airline. When I contacted the airline, they informed me that Faresclub.com had been suspended from making bookings and that they, not me, were responsible for managing the reservation. I was stunned. When I called Faresclub.com again, I was greeted by someone who claimed to be the owner. He was condescending, dismissive, and flat-out refused to honor the credit or issue a refund. His behavior was nothing short of unprofessional. It didn’t stop there. While traveling, I encountered an even worse issue. I had a round-trip ticket to Mexico, and everything seemed fine at first. But when it was time to return, I was informed at the airport that I had no confirmed booking. I tried to reach Faresclub.com, and after sitting on hold for nearly 30 minutes, an agent named Ivan Moreno took my details and vanished—no follow-up, no help. The airline had zero records of my return flight. I had no choice but to pay $600 out of pocket to get back home. I've since disputed the charge with my credit card company, but Faresclub.com has gone completely silent—no replies to calls, emails, or messages. It’s become clear to me that this company is a bait-and-switch scam. They hook customers with dirt-cheap prices, then claim the airline hasn't guaranteed the fare unless you pay more. When you try to cancel or request proof, they lie, stall, or just hang up. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Faresclub.com is a fraudulent operation, and their unethical behavior must be investigated. Don’t fall for the trap. Avoid Faresclub.com at all costs.

DO NOT fall for their scam!
I wish I had taken the time to read all the faresclub.com reviews before booking with them. My experience with faresclub.com has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased my ticket and had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. I was assured that I would receive a credit valid for one year, which seemed like a reasonable solution at the time. However, when I tried to use my credit three weeks later, I was told that they could not book my new flight and that I needed to contact the airline directly. Upon reaching out to the airline, I was shocked to learn that faresclub.com had been suspended from booking flights. The airline confirmed that faresclub.com should have handled any changes to my booking, yet they failed to do so. I immediately contacted faresclub again and was met with rude behavior from someone who claimed to be the OWNER. He outright refused to issue me a credit or refund, which was incredibly frustrating. As if things couldn't get worse, I had a terrible experience with an agent named Ivan Moreno. I had a confirmed round-trip ticket to Cancun, but when it was time to return, I was told that I was not confirmed for my flight. Despite multiple attempts to contact faresclub.com through calls and emails, I received no response. After waiting for what felt like forever, I had to pay $600 out of pocket just to secure a return flight. I’ve since disputed the charge with my credit card company, but faresclub.com has stopped responding to my attempts to reach them. This company is nothing more than a bait-and-switch scam. They lure you in with low prices, then later claim that the airline hasn't guaranteed the fare—unless you pay hundreds more. If you try to cancel, they lie, haggle, and even hang up on you when you ask for email confirmation. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and I strongly urge everyone to stay far away from faresclub.com. Their deceptive practices are fraud, and they need to be investigated. DO NOT fall for their scam!

A Horrible Experience - Faresclub.com Reviews Speak the Truth
I wish I had taken the time to read all the Faresclub.com reviews before booking with them. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased my ticket, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. When I called, I was assured that I would receive a credit valid for one year, which seemed fair at the time. However, three weeks later, when I tried to use my credit to book a new flight, I was told by Faresclub.com that they couldn't book my new flight and that I needed to contact the airline directly. After calling the airline, I learned that Faresclub.com had been suspended from booking flights. The airline confirmed that Faresclub.com was responsible for handling all changes, and yet they failed to do so. I contacted Faresclub.com again, only to be met with the most unprofessional behavior. A person who claimed to be the OWNER flat-out refused to provide any credit or refund, and his rude attitude was astonishing. It became clear that this company has no respect for its customers or their rights. To make matters worse, I had a terrible experience with an agent named Ivan Moreno. I had a confirmed round-trip ticket to Cancun, and everything seemed fine when I arrived. But on my return flight, I was told that I wasn’t confirmed for my flight. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Faresclub.com by phone and email, there was no response. After waiting for an eternity, I had to pay $600 out of pocket to secure a return flight. This whole ordeal has been a complete disaster. Faresclub.com is a bait-and-switch scam—they lure you in with low prices, but once you’re locked in, they claim the airline hasn’t guaranteed the fare and try to charge you hundreds more. When I tried to cancel my flight, they haggled, lied, and hung up on me when I asked for email confirmation. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I urge everyone to stay far away from Faresclub.com. Their deceptive practices and fraudulent behavior need to be investigated. Do yourself a favor and avoid Faresclub.com at all costs. They are scammers, plain and simple.
