We bought 8 tickets for two separate international family trips Customer service was quick to respond to an issue we had The fares were much much lower than booking with the airline directly

Nathan is a gem

There are not enough words to express the satisfaction and appreciation I have regarding my interaction with Nathan at Cheapflightsfares He spent many hours with me on the phone trying to resolve a very costly problem Nathan was totally receptive and understanding and ever so patient with this nearly 80 year old customer He is an honest man of his word and never failed to respond to my calls nor to call me with updates He would try his best to offer me explanations I could understand and would not abandon me should I have had difficulty absorbing what he so diligently was trying to make clear Nathan could very easily have brought our conversation to an end very abruptly the first time I called to present my problem as has happened to me with other customer service representatives in the past But instead when I thanked Nathan for his coopertation he told me that it was his duty to assist me Honestly In all my interactions no customer rep has ever been so diligent nor delightful I feel Cheapflightsfares is so very fortunate to have Nathan as a representative of their company And I sincerely feel I was even more fortunate to have worked with him in tying to resolve my problem

Incredible Professionalism

I had booked my flight the wrong dates due to a family party I didn t previously know about I was worried so I called customer service I told him my issue and The 1st agent told me that someone would call back and he ended the call It didn t feel right so I called back and then spoke to a wonderful man who was very helpful and patient He explained to me all my options and dates with the costs He listened to my concerns special requests etc we chose a date that would work he was able to put me on hold book it and put all my worry to rest I will highly recommend this website to anyone who is looking to book a trip The customer service was outstanding
