My package got lost by the delivery service and FarmaEuropa helped me to get the refund

I made an order with the email registered but the order was never shown on my profile on the website I had to contact them by email to cancel it one hour after placing the order but no one answered me The order was still shipped and I was notified that it was delivered but I never received any package I sent them an email again and after a while customer service helped me to get a refund Thank you
