Not Fast at all

Your company is called Fast The product I ordered took over a month to arrive That is too long in this day and age for online shopping

I didn t get what I ordered and nor did my partner It has been over 2 weeks I was sent confirmations and also sent a link to check the order status and it didn t work Not sure if it s still in the mail or what Can t get an answer

Took more than two weeks to deliver I have tryed many times to cancel it as I had already left the hotel There is no way i could return it Terrible Will never use or recomend it again

Very Intransparent and not helpfulI attended a presentation of the founder at an event during a conference in Portugal He ended up making a pretty cool demo and we were able to order some Fast swag through a demo checkout What a fun idea Unfortunately the free swag came together with an invoice for customs I reached out to the team to clear up this misunderstanding They have taken long to respond and then let me know about the fine print Wasn t the whole purpose of the Fast checkout product that it goes fast What a bad experience Typically tech companies don t sell their free swag to users Even though the experience was fun and a great idea I was only a fan of the product until I received an invoice a few days later Bummer the team has so far not been willing to step in for the customs fee

First of all I never leave bad reviews I was so excited about your products and wanted to support I ordered a shirt I got my order confirmation email and then days later I unfortunately received a email stating a refund and that my order had been cancelled No explanation or anything Super bummed and then to get an email asking me to review you is crazy SUCKS sorry for the bad review wish I would ve gotten my product and been leaving 5 starsAutomated responses don t really do anybody any good If you read my response I did know that I was refunded I just wasn t told why My biggest question would be why are you selling out of stock items The point was I liked your shirts and I wanted to support your company and your company doesn t care about that

Long delays and bugs

It took one month for my order to be shipped And after it was shipped the website showed as it was not shipped 3 of my orders were canceled and the item I bought ran out of stock A terrible experience
