Did not deliver the skip on the day and

Did not deliver the skip on the day and no notification that it wouldn t come so we phoned late afternoon to be assured would be there next day It wasn t and again no notification so had to phone again late afternoon to be told the driver ran out of hours and it would be the next day At that point we cancelled order and asked for refund We then had to make all new arrangements Staff not helpful or friendly Would not recommend this company

If 0 stars was an option it would be more accurate Bought a skip for delivery today Multiple calls and emails to Fast Skips Sent my order confirmation to be told they can t meet my order and are fully booked for the next 2 weeks Appalling Service when your customers have traders waiting and charging for their work which relies on your service

They don t live to their name

I booked a skip for next day delivery paid in full and was sent confirmation email saying they processing my request I heard nothing back sat waiting all day for delivery I phoned fastskips to find out if it was on its way and was told they no skips available till 5 days later not happy has company were quick enough take my money

Order late

I ordered a skip online and although the order date I requested was confirmed it came 4 days late and although I sent 3 emails and 2 messages no one bothered to answer me I called and a lady assured me that I would receive it the next day which did not happen I received it only after 2 days

Take your money for no service provided

Service paid for and not provided Extremely poor communication from the company Having to chase refund which I m told is processing but it s not Having to go through the chargeback system with my bank to get my own money back Would never use them again steer clear of these cowboys

Wrong information

I requested the skip for 14days on the website but to my shock it was collected after 7 days when it was half full Noone contacted me about this and when I rung to complain I was told the manager was on leave Unfortunately I went at a loss of 192 00

Didn t arrive and no comms

I booked a skip on Monday told Wednesday was the earliest it could be delivered Called fast skips at 0900 and told they had spoken to the local agent and it would arrive 9-4 I stayed in all day but no delivery or contact Called emailed live chat them at 1700 but closed Now I have to take another day off work and hope it arrives

Paying for a skip u don t have

Booked and paid for a skip to then be told it s not available and that they would refund me within 5 working days You need to sort your system out don t allow people to book a skip if u don t have it I needed a skip for the next day and then had to wait days to be refunded to be able to order from elsewhere and obviously didn t get one in time

This company is unbelievable waste of time and money we hire skip 5th of August 2024 and after one week I call them to pickup skip but there is no answer and I sent lot of emails no answer how this company work I don t know what I do if any body know
