Cole from Merchant Support is an asset to Stax Pay Customer service department
Cole from Merchant Support gave me a call back to help me resolve an issue I had with a client getting an error after multiple attempts He was beyond patience in explaining that the system gave the error and the transaction was not honored He also took time prior to calling me and looked at my account He noticed that I was charging a 3 transaction fee because I no longer want to pay for it and suggested I contact Card X and have my account changed to a surcharging account Cole was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions not just with brief and prompted answers but explaining what he was answer This is probably one of the first times I ve been so satisfied with the help I ve received If there was a way I would definitely request for Cole to take care of my account and handle all and any problems or questions I should ever have THANK YOU COLE PS I hate writing reviews unless I m beyond satisfied and the representative has gone out of their way to show that my business is valued
