Today I had a shower and the water went cold I checked the hot water heater and was almost cold so I called Ferguson plumbing group I called them on their 1300 660 116 and talked to Cathy at the office she was very helpful and kind My phone call was at 2 pm and it s now 4 pm and a very polite caring professional young man Nathan came to look at my hot water system it s ready to heat up thank goodness I ll have hot water Nathan presented him sell very professionally he was a pleasure to do business with he was dressed very neatly and looked very smart also Nathan took his shoes of at the door and didn t walk threw the house with work shoes on that was a very nice he would think to do that little things like that make a business I think Nathan is an asset to your company I wish him well in the future with his plumbing career Thank you Ferguson plumbing group Look forward to doing business again one day Thanking you Karen Papdi
