All up-sales no follow through
In June 2022 I purchased a home with a Lennox system installed by FH Furr in August 2020 FH Furr transferred warranty and service agreement to me and I was upsold on continuing the Gold Plan My year of experience with FH Furr was unacceptable The inconsistencies and unprofessionalism the promised follow-ups never completed the up-sales and mistakes caused significant trauma and other impacts It prevented me from settling into my new home caused damage to my property created unreasonable inconveniences and caused me to miss countless hours of work The inspections included in the Gold Plan are not maintenance they are up-selling visits During one inspection FH Furr s technician identified the insulation of the return duct should have been completed during their 2020 Lennox installation During another inspection they identified the HVAC system filter had been installed backwards by the previous FH Furr tech I was promised a free filter but never received it I was up-sold on the duct-cleaning This first one was a no show half a day wasted When the duct cleaning was completed it was a HORRIBLE traumatic experience damage to the home and massive amounts of black debris on belongings FH Furr s repairs didn t match so my new home s walls and ceiling are blotchy They sent their duct cleaning expert to re-clean During this work they dumped a ton of debris on my heirloom wool rug If I hadn t intervened to clean up their mess they would have destroyed the rug After consistently poor service by FH Furr I paid to have two third-party evaluations by Lennox certified HVAC companies They determined the 2020 installation by FH Furr is not to Lennox standards in several ways FH Furr failed to Insulate the return duct Replace the line set Insulate the smaller refrigerant line in the attic Extend the exterior UV shield on the refrigerant line to the heat pump Additionally during one of the duct cleanings FH Furr techs somehow disconnected two parts of the supply duct in the living room This was discovered during one third-party evaluation and reconnected by the other

They overcharged me for a sink and faucet I responded to a review No call no response from the 2500 later and a 900 faucet that I looked up online that costs about 130 I got ripped off Don t use these people

Incompetent and a rip-off
We ve been having a terrible experience with FH Furr They bought the company that used to service our HVAC system and we called them for regular service as well as to address the issue with poor airflow When the tech came he removed our dampeners which he claimed were preventing the flow of air to the second floor 4 subsequent opinions - 2 from other FH Furr reps and 2 from other HVAC specialists confirmed that removing the dampeners did exactly the opposite We now have a 20 degree difference between the 1st and 2nd floors On top of that the tech sold my husband two air cleaning solutions a filter and a UV light which he failed to mention were 3 300 total The subsequent reps that came out suggested that they could either reinstall the dampeners for 2K or sell us a new HVAC system for 15K FHFurr has since been avoiding us I ve placed several calls to customer relations over the past 4 days and have not received a call back NEVER use these people They re not competent and care more about upselling than fixing anything

Heater maintenance and tune-up
Unfortunately our HVAC service provider had to be switched over to FHFurr and so far their lack of service and response to my needs are less then satisfactory I have been trying for 3-4 months now just to get a normal tune-up service scheduled and completed Their telephone response service reps are also not very knowledgeable

FH Furr Lennox Costco - dishonest businesses
FH Furr Lennox Costco would not honor their 10 years warranty I got the very expensive Lennox HVAC via Costco that was installed by FH Furr The product was a lemon that broke down on the first week of installation over the course of 6 yrs When wanting to claim the 10 yrs warranty they said an annual maintenance was required which was never communicated before Also I found online that the product has a coil failure law sue in the past

I had trouble with my HVAC system
I had trouble with my HVAC system Anthony came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part He then jerry rigged my heating system and kept me warm during the two coldest weeks of the winter When replacement part arrived he and Josh worked into the night to get the unit up and running correctly In the future I will always request Anthony from the Finksburg shop

Davonte came to service our furnace
Davonte came to service our furnace today and hes service was completely top-of-the-line He was pleasant he was respectful he explained everything he was going to do he wore disposable covers over his shoes and when finished asked if I had any questions If I would need service in the future I would ask for Davonte to perform my service
