Easy to use gave me an amount I needed repayments a little high but no more than most and very quickly went into my bank account which was good

Prompt and great service I didn t get the amount I wanted hence 4 stars and it took a lot of documents to prove income but aside those Fernovo was brilliant

The repayments are really good Affordable the system paying in is slow but I think that might down to the Microsoft glitch Otherwise super happy

They made the transaction very efficiently Didn t get my full asking amount but still helped me out my first repayment has go out without any hassel 2 payments to go Will recommend to friends and family

Customer service needs improvement

Happy with the service provided but I feel customer service needs to be improved It s not easy to change your payment card details online as it doesn t seem to work and they are not allowed to change it over the phone so can t resolve the issue I have

Four and 9 10ths

I m only giving four stars at the moment as still haven t received the money after being accepted at 6 30pm and was told a hour and half for funds and nothing yet but everything else has been fantastic thus far

Expensive but useful

Was quite easy to apply although I had to provide bank statements and pay slips which was a bit annoying They came up with an offer although what they offered was slightly lower than what I actually needed Paid the loan off early as the interest charges over time are really high My advice to you only use in emergencies pay off early if you can

Quick decision didn t get what applied for but helped out when needed for existing customers who pay back should not be told we are using the service a lot that s what keeps you guys in a job overall good
