Applied for the loan was granted the loan waited 2 hours no funds then when I emailed was told the banking system was down waiting 3 more hours emailed again no one knew how long it would take to go in Sunday morning I get up and funds were then released into my account maybe a bit more contact from customer service would be great instead of having to wait

The only problem was I did ask for more but was offered a very low amount but I guess that s good as it will them let them know if you are a good payer

Not sure what to make of the process put in a application they sent over some documents never heard off them again

Have borrowed about 10 times of them and payed bk on time or early each time asked for 400 for 3 months and they only offered me 250 for 6 months and also annoyingly asked for 3 months payslips too not a good way to treat a returning customer

Service was good however was disappointed it took over 14 hours to get the funds into my account Wasn t told at the time that they couldn t pay directly due to maintenance

I did like the first response with my application And the way that the company dealt with the process although I did you get what I asked for I still think it s help in a little way What I did like is the company telling me something that I could get and then do something else Are maybe because I am a first-time customer

I feel slightly that I ve been taken advantaged of but overall if you need an emergency you ll get it but on their terms Was pre approved for 1000 over 6 months I then opted for 500 over 6 months but was given an email saying I can have it for 4 months with the first payment being in less than 10 days which I do find a bit cheeky and not fair but again I didn t have to accept so what more can I say

Haven t received my loan even when being accepted Had my deposit email on Saturday at 8 50am and didnt get it Receivedon sunday morning All I got was theres a problem with the transfer bank And that was because I contacted them

Very quick and easy to use and helped a little with my financial situation but didn t did lead me to believe I could borrow the amount I had asked for but them came back with a much lower offer I had to accept as I needed the funds but would have been much more helpful to lend the amount I had asked for

Applied for a loan and pleased to be accepted and told the funds would be with me between 15 minutes and an hour and a half That was over 12 hours ago and still no funds Sent emails and got two generic copy and paste replies saying there was maintenance with the bank Barclay s and that s why there is a delay The thing is there is no maintaince scheduled with Barclay s Bank today and this is confirmed by a quick Google and look at their service status online After coming on here and reading the reviews it seems that there seems to be a maintaince with the bank every week which is impossible and looks like it is an excuse for the slow payments coming through Need to be more honest and forthcoming with customers as it s not a great start Will be able to better review once I finally get the funds into my account but so far its not been a great experience and not what their website promises fast payouts Also can t talk to anyone on the phone as the phone lines are closed at weekends although it does say on the call that they process payments 24 7 so don t understand why it s taking so long from being approved and it seems to be an ongoing issue for customers Time will tell
