MANY better loan companies who treat you better Had loans and paid back early or on time When went to get another I was declined due to my income and expenditure and credit scoreWell credit score is fine and I explained on one of the expenditures I out 700 instead of 70 by accident they didn t care or want to re do just declined Went straight to mr lender who accepted straight away

I have always had a good experience with Fernovo up until now I am seeing more and more of this from other reviews There is a delay in processing the funds due to maintenance work carried out by our Payment Provider A generic response with no timeline of receiving funds and no other information We don t take loans of this nature out for the fun of it We obviously require funds in an acceptable timeframe and I am hoping Fernovo can continue to provide the service they usually do in a timely manner Well over the 15 minute to 90 minute timeframe now Nothing overnight either Time will tell UPDATE I am now trying to cancel with them as they said I could due to no funds still They are trying to charge interest for funds I have not received Avoid Fernovo like the plague Cannot recommend this company anymore after their service this time round Ongoing dispute as their customer service seems to be run by a robot USELESS Result Threatened the financial ombudsman and my funds magically appeared Paid it straight back and my loan is now closed Never using them again Terrible service

These crooks prey on the vulnerable Charging almost 100 interest for a short term 500 loan is ridiculous Please avoid at all costs They just make me feel suicidal

Funds still not received 24 hours later after claims latest 90 minutes after agreement completed funds would be in the account main reason for using these types of loan companies is for quick efficient so far shown none of this

Customer service was nice to start with put my account on hold contacted them again and received this email in December Your account has been put on hold for 30 days now This means that we will not charge interest and the collection process will stop during this period Get a default notice and explained my account was on hold as per email they didn t think so but when I got this email they didn t say at the time you will need to set up a repayment plan otherwise I would have So I set one up and gave them consent to debit my account on 20th Jan and then they try taking it today Recommendation Be clear on your communication and wording used Don t mislead because it s not fair Reply from them is exactly what they need to improve on Unbelievable

Really bad service to be honest I ve used 2 or 3 times before but then not for well over a year Then I got emails offering discounts on interest rates etc I didn t take them up coz I didn t need to then 2 months later I did I had to jump through certain hoops because I regularly use them which is a lie and they have exploited that fact and charged more interest than ever before If you can I would avoid using this company

I was add to hard search and I got mimimum amount of loan I not recommend Fernovo what circumstances I pay everything on time I not missed any payments on last 4 years you decide to give me minimum load that was my real decision to let you that review Thank you for understanding me

When I phoned costumer service It sounded like she was at home and wasn t at all interested in my query and fobbed me off I ended up just putting the phone down

Poor excuse of a lending company had a loan with them about 2 years ago and I keep getting spammed with emails about 25 off and then their asking me to provide pay slips for a 300 loan You re joking right Embarrassing behaviour Avoid like the plague
