Quick and easy service

Quick and easy service but do expect some changes to your original loan request if they are not able to offer you what you require they will counter offer different amount in some cases

poor communication

the process was simple enough but when it come to receiving funds not so much i received an email stating 15 minutes to 1 5 hours and it s now 24 hours later and still waiting emails have been sent but this hasn t resolved a thing update funds have arrived but took 36 hoursbetter communication would have made a better review

Probably good for most people

Application process was simple got accepted in good time Main issue was that there was a problem with Fernovo s funding process Money should have been with me in an hour but took almost 24 hours and I was given changing reasons as to what the issue was bank maintenance but wouldn t disclose their bank so I could check then an undefined technical problem This eventually resulted in me having to obtain funds elsewhere and withdraw from my Fernovo agreement If they were able to pay me on time I am sure this is usually the case for other customers then I would have rated them higher

Poor communication and delays

Applied for a loan and got approved quickly get told I should receive monies within the hour great you think but noNearly 24 hours later I still have not received the loan I chased and got an email saying that due to maintenance with their issuing bank funds would be delayed they cannot give any timescales at all and that is the only answer I have got for them the times I have chased There was no prior warning of this delay or issue if there had been I would not have used them To give them some credit they did cancel my application immediately upon request

There was a delay with the funding due to an issue with barclays so payment took a long time to arrive which left me in further financial difficulty Overall happy with service

3 stars only would of been 5 as the transaction was almost instant but took first payment within a week not the next month I got a small short term loan as I was short of money let s face it you only do if your desperate Then within a week first payment taken leaving me in the same situation

Experience of applying for loan was simple enough but I almost didn t go for it in the end as it asked me to supply bank details again after doing checks the day before

The process was quick and easy which was a blessing However I didn t get the loan amount I originally wanted which was frustrating At least I got something though hopefully when shown how quickly and easily it gets paid back they may increase future loans

Dealt with the application in a fairly quick time but couldn t offer the amount i was after

Bad experience

was approved for the loan on the second it s now the 4th and I have still not had the funds When I email to ask for information I get a reply stating there is an issue with Barclays but responses to other peoples reviews have said this issue is now resolved but I have still not been sent the funds I have asked for either confirmation of the funds being sent or for them to cancel my application they ve said I can only cancel by paying the full amount back plus interest accrued of which has already amounted to 8 80 without me having received any payment yet I will update my review once a resolution has been reached Edit received the funds within an hour of posting the review Have immediately repaid the loan in full as do not have much confidence in this company now and have applied elsewhere
