WORST customer experience of my life
WORST customer experience of my life I bought a sofa from FEST because I like the design and the sales experience is nice However after you pay the experience becomes a mess After multiple assurances from the sales team that they could deliver to my apartment they couldn t and kept blaming their delivery partner It took over 4 months for me to get my sofa and an additional 500 EUR out of my own pocket which they wouldn t reimburse They didn t even apologize for their mistake Never pay in full upfront - the customer service staff just completely ignored me and I had to organize the logistics with their delivery partner Ridiculous

We are super disappointed
We are super disappointed We bought our sofa 3 years ago We came from Germany to Amsterdam to look at it and test it and we were so excited and loved the store and the nice service The sofa came 3 months later and it lost so much comfort after just 6 months But that s not even the problem here A few weeks ago something burst in the sofa and since then we are literally sitting on the wooden frame I made a complaint couldn t get any good pictures since it was an internal problem I got a very arrogant answer saying it s normal that the sofa changes shape after this amount of time blabla They didn t even ask thoroughly about the problem which I described So I answered again with new pictures we ripped the security fabric from under the sofa and saw that some metallthing was broken which caused the discomfort But no answer I made a complaint via google maps they said I should write to there email adress which I did again And again And again NO ANSWER It s really upsetting and has nothing to do with our first experience at the store in Amsterdam Such expensive stuff and no customer service at all And we are still in you 3 year guarantee time Wouldn t recommend

Fest let me wait for almost 3 months
Fest let me wait for almost 3 months for 2 chairs and delivered wrong products 5 days ago I immediately returned and contacted customer service It was not reachable 2 consequtive days so i gave up and sent an email to the service mail Silence Then i escalated through instagram and was promised to be helped But It has been already five days i have not heard anything back I paid significant amount of money to my chairs and have been waiting for months Now Fest completely left me alone without my products and money This has been a real bad customer experience and i would never buy from Fest again

Still have not received my order
It s been 15 weeks since I placed an order for the couch and have not received it yet Their store team has no idea and keep referring me to the service team And the service team has been totally unresponsive After emailing them constantly I found out their sent the invoice for the final payment to the wrong email address and hence kept the order on hold till it s been paid It took weeks to find out about it And get the invoice and payment method redirected correctly And even after payment of the invoice I am awaiting a delivery I was told I would get an email in 2-3 days to schedule deliver it s been 7 days and 5 emails and nothing yet For the amount they have charged for the sofa and the price of their products you would expect better service

WORST COMPANY EVER
We spent EUR 8 5k to buy the couch of our dreams We waited for more than two months for it to be custom made only not to have it delivered this past Monday Only when WE contacted the delivery company were we informed that the couch would not be delivered with no explanation We then discovered through an online article that FEST declared bankruptcy We gave away our old couch the night before we literally have nowhere to sit and are out EUR 8 5k with ZERO RECOURSE Can we give negative stars to FEST What a joke

Couch had permanent marks on it
The couch had 1 permanent mark on it 1 black mark which I apparently have to try and wipe off myself and the couch came with the connecting pieces on the wrong side It took Fest 4 days to get back to me and they haven t solved the issue still They also made me pay for the lift to get the couch in the house but they should just bake that into the price as it s Amsterdam and everyone needs a lift But the couch looks pretty so I guess there is that

Poor Quality
Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture We spent 2500 on a sofa that we waited months for and after only a few months the fabric has worn down significantly and looks years old This is despite taking excellent care of it We contacted customer support a couple times and they didn t do anything - just gave us a patronizing response to vacuum it and use a special pilling machine which we have been That doesn t help and it only continues to look worse They told us it s normal for the sofa to wear but we ve owned several other sofas before that lasted well for years and this one is in really poor condition for being just six months old We wanted to love FEST but ultimately the quality falls extremely short and we regret purchasing here

The delivery was delayed for three
The delivery was delayed for three months and would have been even more delayed if i had not been active asking questions Fest passed on incomplete contact details to the delivery company The delivery company changed multiple times When called they obscured reasons why the delivery would be delayed while the customer service of Fest did not get active itself responded very much delayed and responded wrongly revealing severe internal miscommunication between different teams Two out of 5 chairs were delivered with abrasion marks on the wood and textile It made me distrust the company and i would only recommand paying after delivery Overall the design is good but the quality of delivery is very poor and disappointing I cannot judge anything about the durability of the furniture yet

I have a sofa from fest now for 3 years
I have a sofa from fest now for 3 years and I have no issues with it Maybe their quality deteriorated over time but I am still happy with my Dunbar - Polvere Beige they dont have this specific textile anymore
