The engineer called in advance explained what he was going to do very friendly and efficient even offered to hoover up a bit of dust I told him not to worry about it Excellent service

The engineer arrived 25minutes into

The engineer arrived 25minutes into the time frame we wer giving and was very pleasant got us changed over with no hassle at all thank you

Pre-installed connection was not at

Pre-installed connection was not at tope of the nearby pole guys called the job in and warned it might not happen but got the all clear to move the connection and then were able to make my connection

first class service

first class service not once has my internet gone off the internet is very fast now and im pleased with the service given
