They only give you 30gb limit per every 5 days and you can t even continue your download when your download stops because of their lame network When your download stops you need to restart the download and filejoker will dual-charge your download limit for the same file Absolutely garbage and vile filehosting company Also their payment system is evasive and suspicious Avoid at all cost

Though the actual download part is ok they FRAUDULENTLY advertise similar rates to others but NO it s UNTRUE You pay an EXTRA 40-60 when you use one of the suspicious payment methods Paypal is offered but NO that s a scam Don t get your card compromised

I have bought premium VIP memnbership since some files that I wanted to download only available at filejoker They have 100gb download limit per 5 days which means 20gb per day It is exremely low when compare with their competitors Besides my account reseted after every 3 or 4 for downloads due to suspicous download as ther justification but they double counted my unfinished downloads My account has been reseted may be more than 15-20 times in one month susbsription period I wanted to access customer services I ve sent more than 5 messeges but no response no answer in any way I never choose this service if some files does not exist only at their sysytem

FileJoker has two levels of accounts Premium and Premium VIP with a 47 difference in the monthly fees Now pick a 30-day Prime VIP account and go to the payment page click to pay with Visa and there is an addition 3 service fee added bringing your total payment to 36 95 and you ve got 12 minutes to seal the deal Enter your card number credentials blah blah blah and 100 of the time Unfortunately your payment failed READ IT AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY YOUR PAYMENT FAILED Try again and again and again wow Now try PayPal You ll be taken to PayPal where you ll be told you need to pay a fellow with an Asian name 01 apparently to prove your sincerity first Do that Then you ll get an email notification from PayPal that he was paid You ll hear nothing more OK try Resellers I won t bore you with all the tests but the overwhelming majority accept nothing but Bitcoin as payment and even those that accept other forms of payment add fees continue to climb and climb and climb and suddenly you are now asked to pay 79 99 for the 36 99 Prime VIP account FILEJOKER YOU GENUINELY SUCK ARE CHEATS I have written to customer service a number of times to complain over a period of TWO YEARS and they apologize and say they are working on their payment system even offer 2 free weeks of service REALLY Then why advertize a price of 36 95 that is a LIE If you were located in the US you would be sued

if zero star would possible than 0Bad cookie handling or IP monitoring A breakdown in internet connection don t let you reconnect an start a new download from files over 72hours as free member Not usable if I share a install ISO file with customers that don t want to register Never avain FileJoker

Payment options are sketchy and many of them do not work

Besides the ridicolous download limit it is the more expensive service of this kind out there

Downloads are limited to 50GB per 5 days with a daily refresh of some amount depending on something I dunno they explained it but it was needlessly complicated This is of course not advertised and is not even on their FAQ page lol The only place i found it was 930 words deep in their TOS that I imagine everyone reads thoroughly Conveniently if you hit your limit you can just extend your account It s not at all clear if that appends the extension or just resets the data counter and starts a new month or 3 or whatever you extended it by That would of course be a ripoff as the counter would have reset and you would have gotten those days back Again this may or may not be how it works - their site doesn t really take too much trouble explaining what you re actually signing up for Anyway seems pretty clear why the limit is there and why it s not advertised Wonder how much of their revenue comes from people hitting the limit they were never told about and just paying for an extension so they can finish whatever they were downloading Lightweight scam Avoid

As all others I was surprised by their download limit and even disappointed at their download speed I Will not renew
