Incomplete and misleading data

Incomplete and misleading data rubbish website very poor customer service and when I asked for a full refund after 3 days use they kept the transaction fee This could be a great product if they made the website responsive and cleaned up the data issues And If the customer support didn t have such a poor and defensive attitude it would also help Go with Ortex instead for now

Tried for a few days and canceled because it was a cash grab preying on the retail crowd The reality is the concept of daily short interest data being accurate is inherently false and is just kind of baked into the lack of transparency and really accurate data across the entire financial services landscape I had high hopes for what they are marketing but was just disappointed when I saw what it was

They don t understand the data present it and then use it in a misleading way

I like that they are trying to bring more transparency to markets however They present data in a way that is materially misleading because the don t understand the data The classic example is FINRA daily short sale volume They don t understand what it is display it without a clear explanation of what it is and then use it in their other calculations that results in just incorrect conclusions
